Mike has been there for us through slab leaks, bathroom and kitchen plumbing problems. He also installed a whole new shower for us. He's professional, courteous, and pleasant to deal with. He's resourceful and has a good network of other professionals he's referred us to like when we needed drywall repair after leak detection in walls.

We've referred him to friends and neighbors who are also very impressed with his work.

If we could give him more than 5 stars, we would!

Had another leak in my shower plumbing from old out of code plumbing from which it finally sprung a leak. Called Mike again he came fix it for less than the other big plumbing companies would have charged. When I ever have another plumbing problem I'll give Mike & son a call.

So after 17 years we decided to replace our old porous laundry room sink that of course stained all the time. I had talked to Mike the owner of Decade Plumbing a few years ago and was super impressed with his knowledge, experience, and of course his A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. I saved his phone number from years ago because he made such a good impression on me. I am sooo glad I did. Mike was everything I had remembered, and even more so. I included a picture of our new sink and started making plans for Mike to take care of a major bathroom remodel scheduled for Spring of 2021. 5 thumbs up!

I highly recommend Mike E based on many years of his high quality service. Please do not be put off by some of the negative reviews you see below, I feel compelled to write this to support him as one of the ""old school"" plumbers who is dedicated to his craft. I have a house with tricky plumbing problems and each time that I call him, he carefully considers the issues, presents me with the relevant options (allows me to make an informed decision) and then does a professional job in resolving the issue to my satisfaction. He is very personable and truly a great guy that you can trust. If anything, he undersells himself and is not promoting himself like his competitors. In fact, he does such a good job that he has great customer retention ( I have been with him for years) and gets by by referrals. He is very busy, so do not be discouraged if it takes a while to get an appointment with him. It is worth the wait. He is that good. He embodies a good old fashioned work ethic: he is passionate about his craft and truly wants his customer to be happy.

Mike and his son installed a new water heater and did a fine job. Showed up on time and is very responsive. Mike is a hard worker and I felt he provided a fair price for the job. Keep up the good work.

Mike is a fast talker ""slick willy"". He will get you lost in his fast slick talking on purpose. then when it gets to the work, he uses the cheapest material possible, some old parts got reused. Did not pay any attention to details of the job. He took another job as he was working on my job, suddenly declared that his work on my job is done for today and he will pick it back up 8 AM the following morning. next morning I waited till 12:45 in the afternoon before he shows up. Later I found out that he left early the previous day and came late the next day... all to be able to capture the easy money he wanted to make on the other job, despite the fact that he was in the middle of a job to be finished. He is arrogant and thinks that his fast slick talking style can get people lost in shuffle so that he can get away with whatever he wants. His only moral compass is the mighty dollar. .........Steer clear

Called Decade to diagnose and fix a plumbing problem. Was told we needed a part which cost $200. The part was installed, this took about ten minutes, and we still had the same problem, no change. Decade charged us $425 without fixing the problem. I called a second plumber who said the part was not installed correctly. This plumber made an adjustment to the part Decade installed and the problem was fixed.

I just wanted to say that we called Decade Plumbing, because our water heater went out. This plumber was recommended to us by a friend. Not only was he very professional and extremely knowledgeable, but he was friendly, and honest, too. I would definitely call Decade Plumbing again and highly recommend them for anyone else!
