I know who my plumbing and heating service will be from now on. Jon DeBelak plumbing and heating. We had a lift pump go out and needed it replaced ASAP. It was so nice to call and be able to talk to Jon about the situation and be assured of the best solution that could be done that day. The value of being able to contact a service and have a solution delivered on at a high level of professionalism goes beyond 5 stars. I highly recommend this local family business.

Debelak plumbing and heating were quite simply, awesome. We had a clogged toilet we could not fix, and a few other bathroom issues. I contacted them on a Friday morning and they called around 1PM to say they were on their way. The worker they sent was friendly, knowledgeable (master plumber I believe), and they completed the project in about an hour. Definitely would use them again!!

Although I greatly appreciated the result, the fact of the matter is I was charged over $300 for a 20 minute job. Again, if someone were to do the math, that would come out to $900 per hour. Sorry, but it seems high based on previous experiences with other plumbing companies. We'll agree to disagree but I will never use your services or recommend you to anyone.

The water heater was not producing enough hot water to take a full 10 min. shower. Then one day the water got super hot and the next day, no hot water at all. I contacted a number of other plumbing services but DeBelak had an office, not an answering machine. I spoke to a knowledgable person who asked the right questions, gave me an estimate and set our appointment. Three days later, in less than an hour, our service person removed the old heater, installed a brand new one, took great care of my renter, and cheerfully left us with hot water once again. We will be using them for other work to come this year! Totally professional, no 'messin' around. I'm thrilled I decided on DeBelak

We had our old water heater upgraded to a power vent water heater. The existing installation was not done to modern codes and requires additional exhaust modifications of the furnace and water heater.

Jon has helped us out several times. The first time, we had another plumber back out of a bathroom shower remodel install between demo and tile. I called several people in town. Most people just apologized and said they were scheduling weeks out. Jon took some notes and called back within the hour. He had worked to move his schedule around to help us out on what was a big challenging job for us and keep us on schedule. He was not only a total life saver there, but the work was superb. There was a huge amount of copper work to be done on an old house. You could tell that he is a total master of his craft. Since then, he has been our go to plumber. We have interacted with several of his team and they are all professional and talented. Everything from snaking a backed up sewer return, to replacing a water heater and toilet. He is responsive and stands by his work. I could not recommend more!

Excellent experience and service! I called Mr. Debelak for the first time, he answered, was very knowledgeable and nice, and asked me to send a photo of the water heater and serial number. I texted these to him, and very quickly he gave me an all in cost for the tank (the same one we had been looking at from Lowes), labor, and hauling away our old tank. No B.S.; he did not try to upsell or pressure me into upgrading to a tankless water heater (like half of the places I called before checking Yelp). He was able to send an invoice by email within an hour of me first talking to him, and installed the new tank/hauled off the old one the next day. I'm amazed by how easy, normal, and respectful the whole process was! After a ton of trying to get estimates from other places only to get the run around, I wish I had called Debelak first. I have since recommended Debelak to all of our family in SE Wisconsin. A+

Had the kitchen sink moved to the opposite side of the kitchen. Jon came to provide a quote. The work was very straightforward to estimate as the plumbing is all exposed in the basement ceiling. I did the demo of the old sink and capping off of old sink supply in advance. Jon sent another plumber who had a young helper as well. All PEX tubing and PVC. Their work was done in less than a day and with no complications or changes to the requirements. Jon added close to $1,000 to the bill based on the hours his plumber AND the teenage helper spent on the job. We split the difference and I paid $500 over the original quote in spite of the fact that the job had not changed. Disappointing.
