I requested Dear Services to cap a gas line. A simple and quick job. They completed the job in minutes but spent over an hour trying to sell me on other services. As for the value, they charged me $1014.00 for this simple job. If I was not desperate to get the job done I would have thrown the technician out the front door. I did not have the time to get other quotes and they took advantage of the situation.
Would never call them again for anything.

Dear Services is very unprofessional. They will not give an appointment time, they will only call you when they are on their way, They expect you to wait around all day in the hopes that they may show up....which they did not. When I called to see if they were still coming I was told they had called to confirm and left a voice mail. They had neither called nor left a voice mail (my phone was with me). They have a call service, reaching the actual office can be difficult. I do not recommend this company. Save yourself the trouble and call a company that will at least give an appointment window. On the upside they do not charge a service fee for the appointment.......
