This is a dirty story.

I had a floor tile installation project for 3 bathrooms
which would take 2 days. The installers noted that they could remove and replace the toilets as part of their service, and that this was usual and customary for installations. I even watched Home Depot videos on how "easy" it is to remove and reinstall a toilet. However, my townhome was built in the 80's and I had just had some other plumbing issues that Dean's resolved (and did a great job of it), and felt more assured if a licensed plumber would take care of it.

Make no mistake, it is expensive (for my budget) if a licensed plumber does this. So, I took the question to the man himself--Mr. Dean. I emailed him why their cost for the task was about 3x higher than what the installer was charging (who did not use licensed plumbers, but just the tile installers themselves). He responded in detail, which I appreciated, and I decided to proceed with having them remove and reinstall the toilets.

Now, this meant I had to coordinate times with Dean's team and the tile team. Holly (on Dean's team) was a pro with helping me and trying to be as flexible as possible--and make sure I didn't have to go without an available potty. There were some hiccups along the way on the tile team side--as there always are with reno projects--but Holly was understanding and we figured it out. Billy was the plumber who actually did all the dirty work and was exceptional. He arrived promptly on both days as scheduled and was instructive and meticulous. Everything was spotless when he was done and even more secure than before. Overall, I'm very happy with the result and feel it was all worth it.

Billy came out to check the plumbing issues that I had with the shower faucet. He arrived in the first part of the promised window. He was friendly and provided a full and detailed assessment of the work. I would highly recommend Billy when working with this company.

Deans plumbing was very helpful. I live with my mom still and Colin came out for a leaking toilet and was prompt, polite, and a reasonable price. He was also extremely nice to my kitty cat Anne. Shes a beautiful white and yellow cat that's a little on the heavy side and likes to investigate new people in the home and he was very patient with her being near the work space I would move her and she would go right back in there with him all in all it's good to have a plumber that know what he's doing and that's good with kitty cats!

Billy came out and found where the leak was coming from. He ran the camera on both side of the house, cleaned out my sewer line and got the plumbing back working. He was very nice and professional and also was able to give me a quote of what needed to be fixed. He showed me the videos on what he found in my pipelines and gave me a quote. I was really impress.

I will not be using Dean's Plumbing again. Had a problem with the water heater. They sent a plumber out and he got the pilot light lit again. I asked how much for coming out ....I was told this was a "Diagnostic Evaluation"???!!! Oh for pete sake It was a service call!!!!! I was charged 225.00 for lighting a pilot light! They fixed a leaky exterior faucet $375.00. When I complained about how high the chargers were he knocked off $50.00. I mean what just happened....This was not fair nor reasonable.

I am writing a review at 11pm because the great plumbers from Dean's Plumbing just left. I must tell you that Orlando and Teenen got here at 1pm. The job was a big one that involved a lot of digging, jack hammering and putting in new pipes. A lot of new pipes and all on the outside in an area that had become a mud pit before the work began. Orlando, the lead plumber, was great. He treated me like he was the owner of the company. When the work was done, he came in the house to make sure all my water was working at 10pm in every area..

As the evening moved on, all I could think of is that this is not going to get done and we will have no water. Orlando assured me that he was not going to leave me hanging and he was true to his promise. Teenen (whose name I'm probably misspelling) was polite and kept me posted when Orlando went to get parts.

I found Dean's from web research. They are an A plus rating at the BBB and have great reviews on Yelp.

Last word, after working all day and night....Orlando says.. Thank you very much and we hope that Dean's will always be your plumbing company. Homerun for me!! A man that has worked all day and loves his company.

After an initial issue with scheduling, Ronnie came out and provided an estimate for a new water heater. He was courteous and patient, answering all my questions.

We looked at several plumbers and decided to go with Dean's, based on good reviews, price and being an veteran-owner company.

Julio came out and installed the water heater without issue. He was knowledgeable, courteous and answered all my questions. They even did several additional things beyond the estimate, like install a recirculating pump and replace a broken drain pipe that had only cosmetic damage. City inspector came out afterward, and commented how 'they knew what they were doing' and quickly approved the work.

Great experience all-around, and would recommend to others.

Orlando and Tennon were great. I had an AC condensate line clog way past the p-trap. Our double vanities didn't allow the snake to go past the tee, so we had to unclog from the attic. Price was reasonable, especially I called at noon and job was done by 2:15.

It's a great company. Billy was the plumber, he was on time. Called me and got here a bit early. A nice guy, family man, hard and fast worker, got my problem solved quickly and reasonably. Call them. Request Billy. You can't go wrong.

Today for the first time in years my disposer backed up--I tried everything I could do to solve the problem, so I looked for a plumber. I called Dean's and they had 2 very nice men out within an hour or so. They cleaned out my drain line, cleaned up the mess and were gone! Great, fast service and now I'm back in business! Love i!
