Looks like I should've got Kevin I got Matthew o mara to install a water heater and a gas line to a ventless gas fireplace he showed up at 9:30 I showed him where the water heater was and we talked about running the gas line over to the firebox at 10:30 that's not started working yet said they had to go get parts came back and hour later installed The water heater was done around 12:30 said they would have to come back another day to install the gas line my wife paid him in full that day signed a invoice for The full amount. How ever he did not leave me a receipt but found out later why. Well they never came back and he told his employer that he did the work they said they had pictures I asked them to send them to me but They would NOT couple days later I got a call threatening to put a lien on my house now I haven't even seen an invoice a Bill or anything. I told them I would gladly pay them the rest of the money if they could meet me at the property address and just show me what they did so I know what I'm paying for they would not threaten with an attorney Grace is the lady I talk to

I was afraid that I had a plumbing isssue, but was unsure. Dean Plumbing completely checked my plumbing and confirmed that everything was fine. They were honest and fair. I appreciate them so much.

I had them out. My bath tub drain was ""cleaned out"" with an eel. Within a week, I experienced the same issue. No help in fixing my issue and didn't seem to care. Happy to come back out and charge me another $100. No thank you.

They are nice, polite and seem to be good at what they do. My concern is that they wanted $100 for everything I needed them to do! I wanted a kitchen faucet installed, bathroom faucet installed, relocation of shutoff valve for kitchen faucet moved 8"", a slow drain cleared, a vacuum breaker changed in an outdoor spigot, a frost-free nut replaced in a garage spigot - $100+$100+$100+$100+$100+$100 =$600 (plus $60 service call)! Seems a bit expensive for what it is, 2 hours work !! I really wanted to feel I got good value but I cannot say that - I need a hot water heater, sump pump, leak in basement and a water line brought from the road, probably $20k worth of work, I cannot imagine what Dean's would even charge me....

This is the 2nd time I've worked with Dean's and they were terrific. I had a leak in a rental property and was called at 5:30 am. I called and left a message, as it wasn't an emergency at that point, and received a call back by 7:30 am. They were out to the house in no time and I had a text by 9:53 stating the job was complete. I hope to use Dean's for all future needs; I highly recommend them!

My first experience with Dean's Plumbing was a winner! From Pam, who answered the phone, through Kevin and Mark - connecting my water softener and getting it going. They were on time, professional - and fixed my problem - I now have softened water (that I can drink!). They took a step by step way of addressing my problem - and charged a fair price. These guys are now my ""go to"" plumbing solution - thanks, Dean's - for the great service!

Not sure about the plumbing service but I am sure that one of their guys need a drivers class. This morning he ran me off the road on 35 and nearly ran others off at 675. Not ok.
