Horrible company they over charged double than what a other plumber would charge didn't even fix the problem incompetent people that just wants your money dont care about the customer at all and won't admit they screwed up

Had some water damage a few months ago. Called Dean's Plumbing, couple guys came out, didn't even use a tool, but determined it was my A/C unit and I should call a heating and AC company. But made sure to charge me for that service. It was under $100 but their office was very unprofessional on the phone when I asked what I was paying for. Not someone I'd call again.

They are more expensive than other plumbers that Ive hired. I called days ahead and told them about the jobs I needed done. They underestimated the manpower needed to do one of the jobs so they couldn't work on the original scheduled day.

They did keep the work area clean but they never did fix my toilet.

Looks like I should've got Kevin I got Matthew o mara to install a water heater and a gas line to a ventless gas fireplace he showed up at 9:30 I showed him where the water heater was and we talked about running the gas line over to the firebox at 10:30 that's not started working yet said they had to go get parts came back and hour later installed The water heater was done around 12:30 said they would have to come back another day to install the gas line my wife paid him in full that day signed a invoice for The full amount. How ever he did not leave me a receipt but found out later why. Well they never came back and he told his employer that he did the work they said they had pictures I asked them to send them to me but They would NOT couple days later I got a call threatening to put a lien on my house now I haven't even seen an invoice a Bill or anything. I told them I would gladly pay them the rest of the money if they could meet me at the property address and just show me what they did so I know what I'm paying for they would not threaten with an attorney Grace is the lady I talk to

I was afraid that I had a plumbing isssue, but was unsure. Dean Plumbing completely checked my plumbing and confirmed that everything was fine. They were honest and fair. I appreciate them so much.

This is my first time using Dean's Plumbing. From the lady who answered the phone to the two plumbers who showed up, they made it an easy experience. I would definitely call them again for plumbing issues.

Dean did an excellent job for us. He came in an emergency and was awesome. Fixed problem and even checked back with us next day Great guy
