I was scheduled to get a water heater installed today and just found it out after my fifth call that it's not happening. I had to call again to be told that the work order was never picked up. I called this morning to confirm and was told to expect the service guy between 8:00 am and 12:00. It's now almost 3:00 pm and I called in to find out what's up. I can't even get on the schedule for tomorrow, after sitting around all day. This is not a very good operation. Obviously don't care about their customers.

ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY from this company. It makes sense after reading the experience the poor lady had after a tech killed her cat. This company ripped out my fence with no permission to access a shut off for a neighbor. The fence still has not been fixed and they just left it in pieces on the side of my yard. I was away at work getting ring alerts of people walking up and down my driveway and pulling apart my fence. To top it all off my pregnant wife came home to the water turned off. The company was closed and I had to have a neighbor come and turn my water main on while I was still at work.
I've used this company twice and both times felt they overcharged for the material they used and the work was sloppy. Do your research plenty of other companies in the valley who do great work.

Highly recommended. The owner Andy was so helpful when we had a little glitch with our radiant heat.

I am so disappointed and discouraged by customer service such as this. I am a disabled single gal, new to the area, without alot of contacts. I asked for a reommendation when I became in need of some help. I was not impressed. Granted, I am not familiar with the process of repairing a central air conditioner, but my questions should be welcomed and answered respectfully. Sadly, the attitude and condescending attitude has me seeking other options. There is no need for such unhelpful ways from a vendor to a customer.

Dean's Plumbing services are top notch. They helped diagnose and fix two separate issues in our house in a timely and professional manner.
Our Polaris water heater burner needed cleaned, and removing it is no easy task. Dean's gave us a great tip to vacuum out the intake as a temporary fix until they could schedule to pull it out.
They also helped repair a pipe leaking in our wall that was connected to an outside hose faucet. This replacement was quick and easy for them, in which they used a better quality pipe and provided improved sloping on the new installation.
Casey and Paul were especially friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Dean's Plumbing!

I highly recommend Dean's for prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable repairs.
My Champion MasterCool ASA51 swamp cooler wasn't cooling the way it did, last summer. (As a bonafide old person, I'm not allowed on ladders, much less the roof, anymore.) I called Dean's. They scheduled an appt as soon as possible.
Before the scheduled time, Jordan called to let me know he was enroute. Jordan and minion arrived punctually. Jordan introduced himself and minion and got to work. He checked the cooler and found the fan belt was broken. He replaced it. He also found the Water Distributor Tube was partially clogged. He unclogged. Then he cleaned the Water Reservoir. I previously purchased a Distributor Pad. Jordan installed.
And the swamp cooler was cooling!
I was satisfied. Jordan and minion were satisfied.
A few days later, the swamp cooler wasn't cooling. Instead of 20-25° of chill, it was producing 8-10°, if any.
I called Dean's. They were extremely gracious and understanding. The boss explained what cooling I should be getting. He understood it was underperforming. He despatched Jordan and minion, again.
Today, before the scheduled appointment time, Jordan called to let me know he was on the way. He arrived punctually. He listened to my whine and got to work. He deduced the pump was going bad. He replaced. He unclogged the Water Distributor Tube, again. Then he cleaned the Water Reservoir, again.
Now, the swamp cooler is working noticeably better. The air is cool. And the low-frequency rumble is gone.
I highly recommend Dean's!

It's taken me a while to write this, but I think people need to know the kind of people they are paying.
This incident occurred in Mammoth Lakes at approximately 3:30 Monday, June 22, 2020
This company had a driver that sped through our neighborhood at over 40 mph. It's posted 25. He was yelled at by 3 people (one he almost hit who was on her bicycle) before violently hitting my beautiful cat, Milo. A forth person saw the impact and the name of the company on the truck that proceeded to speed up Old Mammoth without even slowing down or looking back.
When I called the company, the secretary, Ashley said there were two drivers in town that day. Both told her they weren't speeding nor did they recall hitting a cat. She told me I needed to describe the driver and give her a license number on the truck. Also they have no record of the times the drivers go to their jobs.
Upon this denial, I posted the action on social media where of course I got huge responses. Milo was a legend in our neighborhood and loved by many. This was posted after 3 days of struggling with having known this company for years and its drivers as well. Because they showed absolutely no remorse and complete denial (even upon having eye witnesses), I proceeded with the post.
A couple of days later, the owner, Andy, reached out to me upset at my posting and requested I stop. No apologies. No admitting the driver hit my cat, just anger at my posting on social media. He called twice when I again reached out to him. Ashley answered and said he wasn't in the office. When I tried to get another number to contact him, I was told the office was the only place he could be reached, but yet on two occasions I was unable to reach him there. She informed me that he was upset about my postings and wanted me to stop.
That didn't happen and they're cowardly driver NEVER, to this day has stepped up to apologize for killing my 7 yr old cat.
This has been devastating to me and most likely would have eased a great deal of my pain had they showed even a tiny bit of compassion.
A company with these kind of inconsiderate, uncaring, careless people driving and running it should be highly disregarded no matter what their work capabilities are. This could have been someone's child, and in fact, Milo was mine. He was my anchor, my strength, my heart and brutally run down without a thought. He was my hold while dealing with all the covid outbreak and still having to work. They tore him away from me and couldn't have cared less.
You might ask around about their drivers before having them go speeding to your house to do the job and kill your pet or your neighbors without a thought.
To this day I have not received an apology (I have to see these drivers all the time) or even an acknowledgement.
Their lack of compassion and honesty should be given regard when hiring. It has a great reflection on this company. Honesty is huge when contracting a business. As anyone knows these attributes in a human follow through all they do in life, including their workmanship on their jobs.

Thank you Deans plumbing for helping me when my swamp cooler went out. Called in this morning and got a quick response and Jordan fixed it by this afternoon. Thanks for fitting me in your schedule Jordan. Lifesaver!

Needing emergency plumbing service (busted pipe under house) on a weekend, in a town where it is hard to get ahold of service tech's, even during business hours, was a scary prospect. After calling a few places with no luck, we were shocked when we not only got ahold of someone, but they said they had a service person in our neighborhood and they would see if they could also make it to our home. They arrived within 2 hours of our call, and had the problem fixed for us in an expedient amount of time. We never imagined it could all be fixed so quickly. They were super professional, helpful and respectful.

We have had this company over to our place twice now to fix leaks. The second time was in October to fix a leaky bathroom sink drain. We were gone the entire month of November and December and came home to the sink leaking in the exact same spot as before. I called and scheduled an appointment and was told I was first on the list for the morning appointment time frame (8-noon). No plumber ever showed up, when I called I got the we are sorry there was an emergency last night. Yet no one bothered to call to say the plumber was detained or not going to show up, I had to call them and ask why I taken time off work to sit home when they knew first thing that morning that they were not going to send someone. So they rescheduled me for the following week. Again I was told I was first on the list for the 8-noon slot. Again no plumber and after two calls to the company all I could get was that we understand it must be frustrating but there is nothing we can do as office staff. No business can expect people to take time off work to wait for repairmen that never show up especially for an issue those repairman supposedly fixed once already. My business will be going elsewhere.
Update: Raised this to a two star only because they eventually called my husband early one morning and said we have a plumber in the area. My husband was able to get ahold of me and Lou came and fixed the sink. Lou was very professional and fixed the issue although he asked me repeatedly about the kitchen sink, the leak was in the bathroom. I couldn't figure out why he was interested in the kitchen until we got the bill and the initial description was taken down as kitchen sink. Will still be going elsewhere for any future plumbing issues/needs as the office staff and scheduling can't seem to figure out how to get a plumber to your house for the correct issue or call you if they aren't able to show up. But Lou was great.
