Dean was great! We had scheduled a toilet leak fix and water supply valve replacement for a Wednesday, but he texted & offered to do it on Saturday, as he would be in the area on other calls, and at no extra (weekend rates) charge! He was on time and took care of the problem with quick, clean, efficient skill. Very satisfied.

On one whole side of our house, the outlets were not working. I tried the simple stuff and flipped all the circuit breakers but the power didn't come back on. In the morning, we contacted Dean around 7 on Christmas Eve and he was out at our house by 11am.

He quickly found the faulty outlet, replaced it, gave a detailed explanation of what was wrong and how to avoid it in the future. He was wonderfully kind and courteous (and great with our dog).

Dean was very professional and patient. We discovered our water heater was leaking. He was the first to answer my calls. He was patient with me, when I took a bunch of pictures for him to see exactly what was needed for replacement purposes. It took me a few times to figure out what pictures he needed me to take. He was able to come over that night and get it replaced. He also helped us with our lights in the garage that we couldn't figure out. He was very friendly and we would use him again.

Was changing an outdoor light and the new one wasn't working. Put back old one, not working. Rechecked wiring, everything looked good so I was tracing the wires back to my box in garage to see if issue was blown fuse or something. After taking off panel, entire house power goes out. It's 5 pm on a Sunday so of course I'm freaked out. I called Dean, and he helped me get power back on without having to even come down. Seems like a legit straightforward guy. May need to call him again if I can't figure out the light situation.

I contacted Dean at 7 pm today (Friday). I had just moved into our new home and while I was washing the dishes, I noticed water under the sink!

Dean had helped me before - quickly fixing a badly installed garbage disposal. He was wonderful then and he was amazing now!

Dean told me to call him. He asked me if I had a pull out faucet and diagnosed the problem right away. He told me to tighten the connection right below the faucet. It was very loose! That seemed to have done the trick!

Dean is so knowledgeable that even a novice homeowner like me can do as he instructed.

Bathroom outlet stopped working, requested a quote here on fixing the issue. The owner called me and explained they don't have availability right now but told me some troubleshooting steps which are very helpful for another electrician to fix the issue.

My sister's garbage disposal had stopped working recently and started leaking badly while I was visiting. We called Dean on a Saturday morning and he was at her house within the next hour. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable, giving tips on how to elongate the life of her disposal and what things can/should go into the dishwasher. The whole process of replacing the garbage disposal took less than half an hour! I would definitely recommend Dean to anyone with repairs that need to be done. Also, he loves dogs which is a plus.
