Dawn U.With the extreme cold this Valentine's day weekend, we didn't think that we would have a problem. We did. Our whole house had frozen pipes. Actually it was only the main coming into our unit. After calling around and getting no help or answer, we finally had a friend recommend Dean and called for help. He had a tech out inside of an hour and had the problem found and fixed in about 10 minutes. It took that long since we didn't know where our main line was or where the water came from. We now know and know what to do and are able to use the sinks, toilets and washer! Such a relief!!!
