Do not under any circumstances contact this company for any plumbing issues. They botched a gas plumbing job in my attic and did not stand behind their work. Then Dean Jackson had the gall to insinuate my regular plumber (that I've used for years) of sabotaging the job after actually finding the leak when Dean's team could not. Stay away from this company.

They have good communication, show up on time.
Poor diagnostics: we had a leak and weren't sure which place it was coming from. They put in a shut off valve with they wrong sized fitting, and did n't check the meter or turn on the water when they were done (said they did). After realizing the water was not on, we turned it on. THe new connection sprung a leak immediately, the water meter still spinning (the leak wasn't there anyway), and we had to fix it again.

Dean Jackson Plumbing is awesome. They fixed by septic system right away and didn't charge me a fortune. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Hot Springs area!
