Maybe others have had a good experience with this firm, not me. I called them to make an appointment to do some basic plumbing work at my home (install new toilet, replace shower spout, replace outside faucet) 9 days in advance for the one day before the Xmas holidays I would be at home. The lady put me down for a 10-12 time slot, second in line for that day. The day comes, I'm sitting at home waiting, nobody is showing up so I call after 11 to confirm and check in. The lady informs me that her worker has run into an emergency at his job and it's taking a while but I'm next on the list and he'll be out as soon as possible. I told her I would be at home until 5:30 pm, so the job would have to finished by then. After 4 I get a call from her, the guy is still working his emergency and won't be able to come at all but she can reschedule for the next day (Saturday). Fine, come out tomorrow. Saturday comes and no one ever showed up nor did I receive a call, courtesy or otherwise, from Dean and Sons Plumbing. Now I'm screwed, as I can't get these repairs done until after the Xmas holiday. I will hire a different plumbing service and never deal with this firm again.

All new PEC pipes were installed under my older house - requested by the seller. Also a new line from the street to the house was installed in order to past house inspection. The work was done by Dean and Son. A month later, we were questioning if they had forgotten to upgrade an outside faucet pipe. Justin from Dean and Son, arrived two days later and explained what and why about this particular pipe was left that way. Anyway....we appreciated his expertise and explanation. He installed a new outside faucet (which he did not have to do). When someone does right by me, I am always happy to report on their web site. Great customer service. There are many old houses on my street that need this kind of work and I would certainly have no reservation on recommending Dean and Son for any work of this nature. Thank you JUSTIN.

We have been living with high levels of radon in our newly built home for over 2 months. Finally, our builder contacted Dean's Plumbing and Justin came out and installed a new mitigation system. Our numbers are in the safe range now. So relieved to know that when we breath, we are not breathing in high levels of radiation! Can't tell you how grateful I am to Justin. He went above all expectations with his expertise and professionalism.

Recommending Dean and Son Plumbing. They were extremely nice, punctual, and affordable. I have a terrible time with service workers showing up and doing a good job, so I like to recommend them when they do. I will use them again and recommend to others.
