My dad is a retired plumber in Michigan and is the best plumber in the world, so I am extremely picky when it comes to plumbers. I have found a plumber in Pensacola as great as my Dad! Our home had several issues. We needed all new outside spigots, had some leaky indoor facets and fixed a drain plug on a bathtub. Tim repaired everything perfectly, cleaned up and was reasonably priced. He even installed a new toilet seat that I had sitting in the bathroom, but had not installed yet. We highly recommend Deale Plumbing.

I can't say enough good thinks about Tim and Deale Plumbing. Tim recently installed a tankless gas water heater and gas range at my home and I couldn't be more pleased. The price was very reasonable, Tim was always on time and worked around my schedule. If you need any plumbing done, Tim is your guy. Jim T.

Tim is an amazing plumber and, more importantly, he is a great person. He was able to help figure out a complex plumbing problem and came to my house several times, including a Saturday, to fix the issue. He was generous with his time and cared to do the job right. Now that the problem is fixed, I couldn't be happier. I give Tim my highest recommendation. You will not be disappointed hiring him for any size job.

Knowledgable, professional and well-priced. We had whole house plumbing replacement and were very impressed with the service we received. Add to that the fact that both Tim and John are genuinely nice guys that are trustworthy and enjoyable to have in your home. We heartily recommend them!

We live out of state and we own a few investment properties in the Pensacola area. We recently used Tim's plumbing services on a few projects and he is absolutely great! Our tenants love him, he is honest, dependable, and very reasonable when it comes to his services. We have been burned over the past ten years from other so called plumbers, but Tim is """"your go to"""" plumber who will treat you right. Is this an unequivocal recommendation? Absolutely!

I had a great experience with this company. I had difficulty with my dishwasher draining and my husband and I just moved in a few months ago. Not only did he fix the wonky pipe that the previous owner installed wrong but also showed me how to check the filter if the problem happens again. A really nice man, will definitely keep his card in case somethings else comes up.

Honest!!!! Humble and the best!! Tim, thank you so much for ur service!! We saved $825!!! The best pluming service in Pensacola!!!! Please use this local and personal company. Do not use a large and unscrupulous company like ARS plumber!!

My poor husband finally cried uncle and we called Deale Plumbing based on the Yelp reviews. We had a small leak coming from under our toilet and realized the flange was too high when my husband tried to put on a new wax ring and reseat the toilet. We've only owned this house a year so we don't know who last worked on this toilet, but whoever did the work jerry-rigged it and made it impossible for anyone, other than a professional, to reseat the toilet. My husband made many trips to Lowe's, Home Depot, Pensacola Hardware, and a plumbing store and got different opinions from each place. He tried everything to get the toilet to sit on top of the flange, but no bueno. He couldn't get the flange out and didn't want to risk damaging the tile, or our marriage, by trying to cut it out. He has some skills as a handyman but knows they're limited and knows when he's met his match. We finally decided to trust Yelp and called Deale Plumbing. My husband spoke with Tim, the owner. He explained the problem and Tim said he'd be out around 1:30 or 2:00. My husband got a call around 11:00 from Tim, who wanted to know if he could come early.....YEAH!!!! He came, he got the flange out, installed a new flange, reseated the toilet, cleaned up, and made some recommendations. He did all this for $135!!!! He was extremely courteous and was very respectful. If you need a plumber you won't find anyone better than Deale Plumbing!

These guys were great! We had some plumbing problems the day before Thanksgiving and we were sure no one would be open until Monday but the fellas from Deale Plumbing arrived early on Black Friday and fixed the problem. Great service at a great price! Highly recommended!!

Refreshingly positive experience! I truly have nothing bad to say about Deale Plumbing. I will definitely be using their services for all future plumbing needs. On the morning of Sept. 9th, I awoke to find water on the tile floor next to my washing machine, which I had just been using. After cleaning that up, I inspected the carpet in the adjacent room and found that it was damp along the wall. I dried things as best I could and set up some fans in the hopes of preventing permanent damage. And I went ahead and shut off the water main. (Always remember to do this if you have a leak!) I had recently noted some strange knocking (or dripping?) sounds coming from the ceiling of the front closet when the washing machine was entering the spin cycle. Although I realized a washer leak was a likely culprit, I was concerned that there might somehow be a leak in the attic (or roof?). On inspecting the ceiling in the rooms in question, I had myself convinced there was some slight dampness along the edge, right near where the strange knocking/dripping sound had been coming from. By this time it was near the end of the business day, so I resolved to call some plumbers the next morning. (For just the specifics of the repair, feel free to skip the next two paragraphs.) I checked some online reviews for local services, and made a half dozen calls to those positively reviewed. The first few plumbers I contacted were unavailable for an immediate visit. One plumbing company said they could have someone out in the late afternoon. Minimum fee for the first hour was $150. I scheduled them to come out, but kept making calls. I'm glad I did. Tim Deale of Deale Plumbing agreed to come out asap that afternoon and, given my description, estimated (""""guess-timated"""") he could have me fixed up for between $115 and $135, depending out what the problem turned out to be, but said he could give me a more precise estimate upon inspection. I asked him to come on out, and I cancelled my appt with the other plumber. Upon his arrival, I could already tell I had made the right choice. Tim Deale is a big ol' guy - hence his business tag line """"No job too TALL or too small"""" - but he is far from imposing. I would describe him as a very polite, friendly, and interesting guy. (In the course of our casual discussion as he worked, I learned that he had just gotten back from a extensive stint of plumbing at McMurdo Station in Antarctica. Very cool. And if he's good enough to be flown from Florida all the way to McMurdo...) This all may not seem pertinent for a plumbing review, but when you are having someone into your home, you want to be able to be comfortable with them there and trust them. This was immediately the case with Tim. So now, finally, down to the reason for my service call. Poking his head into my attic, Tim quickly dispelled my concern that the leak could be coming from up there - no pipes! And the suspected dampness along the edge of the ceiling was just my overactive imagination. (Derp.) Of course, that opened up my fear that there *might* be a """"slab leak"""" under the floor - hard to find, hard to get to, and expensive to fix. (Homeowners always fear the worst...) Tim then ran the clothes washer for a quick cycle without it showing any signs of leaking. Then, a closer inspection of the area quickly led Tim to the culprit - a pinhole leak in a small water line that ran along the wall, from behind the washing machine around to the fridge. The hole had been obscured (and perhaps caused) by a bracket that was holding it in place, and was leaking only intermittently in response to pressure from the utility room door which, when opened completely, was slightly pinching or shifting the water line. In no time at all, Tim had the water line replaced and the area cleaned up. He then quickly dispatched two other small problems I had mentioned in the course of our conversation. One was the kitchen sink faucet, which was frozen in place. The other was some super squeaky shower valves. All three problems are completely resolved now, and I could not be more satisfied with Tim's help. He fixed all three of my problems, and still only charged me only the $135 that he had quoted me. If only all service calls were this painless! This is clearly a competent and professional plumber who goes above and beyond expectations to make sure his customers are satisfied. Highly recommended!
