Well I can only give a one star because there's no zero. I have called them and left a message yesterday. No return call. Tried to call again but got a recorded message, """"This message box is full. Sorry. Good by"""". So much for all you folks who have bragged about the good service/response you received. Me, not so much. Still waiting.

Tim is so professional and prompt. He took care of an issue with the washer line that had been a problem since 2012. No more long nights sitting in a hot laundry room worrying about the washer line flooding over!!! A+++

What a breath of fresh air, a contractor that responds to phone calls, shows up on time and follows through according to plan. Tim Deale was very professional, friendly, easy to work with and reasonably priced. We had 2 occasions where we needed his services. First he performed the setup and installation of a new gas stove. There was a gas line on our street but no gas access to our house. The project went very smooth and according to schedule. The second time we reached out to Tim we were experiencing a problem that needed immediate attention. He came out the very next day and fixed the issue for us. I highly recommend Tim Deale and will definitely contact him if we have any plumbing needs in the future.

I contacted Deale Plumbing via Yelp based on all the positive reviews to fix a running toilet and broken shutoff valve. As usual something happens/breaks right before the weekend. I contacted Tom Deale on a Friday and he got back to me right away. It was not an emergency so he said he could do the repair on Monday or Tuesday. Based on reviews and the fact that Tim got back to me so quickly I did not expect to have to follow up with him. I guess I was expecting that I would simply be put on the schedule for Tuesday and he would confirm. I might have misunderstood because I did not hear from him. At any rate. I contacted Tim on Tuesday to confirm. Ultimately the fix was done and the toilet is like new. I'm very pleased and will contact Deale Plumbing again.

I did not need a plumber after all, but I was overwhelmed with the prompt reply and generous advice that Tim Deale gave me on how to troubleshoot my issue and how to minimize further damages. He took a considerable amount of time to advise me, even though he knew I would not need his services. Anyone who is this committed to customer service is worth hiring. I have finally found my go-to plumber for any plumbing issues. I won't call anyone else except Tim Deale.

Tim the owner of the company came out to look into the possibility of converting our electric dryer power source into gas power, however once he arrived I quickly found out that our water heater was not gas (which my husband thought it was) and that it would be pricey for us to do. I felt Awful and apologized because he to drive a distance to my house (for nothing) but Tim was very understanding. Although I did not need to use his services that day, I would not hesitate to use it in the future!

After contacting the plumber recommended by my HOA and receiving no response, I found Deale plumbing via Yelp. It was an easy fix to replace a basket in my kitchen sink. Tim Deale got back to right away and was able to fix the problem within 2 days. Very friendly guy, quick service, reasonable price. Highly recommended.

My dad is a retired plumber in Michigan and is the best plumber in the world, so I am extremely picky when it comes to plumbers. I have found a plumber in Pensacola as great as my Dad! Our home had several issues. We needed all new outside spigots, had some leaky indoor facets and fixed a drain plug on a bathtub. Tim repaired everything perfectly, cleaned up and was reasonably priced. He even installed a new toilet seat that I had sitting in the bathroom, but had not installed yet. We highly recommend Deale Plumbing.
