Mr. Deale has worked in my kitchen before. This time pipes had to be moved which meant that he needed a helper to access the four foot crawl space. He was courteous and promised to return with his helper within a week. He has not called. Very disappointing.

Once we moved in, we realized that the plumbing had become an issue and was stopped, We called Deale Plumbing, spoke with the owner, Tim, and he came out to check things out. Tim was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and took care of our very stubborn plumbing problem. I highly recommend Tim to anyone looking for a plumber in and around Pensacola. Thanks, Tim!

I am new to the area...saw the ratings on Yelp and was optimistically hopeful of great service to be desperately disappointed. I have called 3 times over the past 3 days leaving messages for them to call me as well as requesting service through the Yelp app. Still no reply. I've reached out to other plumbers with no response as well so I guess my expectations are a level of service that cannot be achieved. I have a broken water heater for the Thanksgiving holiday with company in town and tepid water for showers. So frustrated I would not recommend this company!!

Well I can only give a one star because there's no zero. I have called them and left a message yesterday. No return call. Tried to call again but got a recorded message, """"This message box is full. Sorry. Good by"""". So much for all you folks who have bragged about the good service/response you received. Me, not so much. Still waiting.

Tim is so professional and prompt. He took care of an issue with the washer line that had been a problem since 2012. No more long nights sitting in a hot laundry room worrying about the washer line flooding over!!! A+++
