I just tried to get an estimate. So I called my contact at the Deacon. The lady on the phone was EXTREMELY rude. I called once and didn't even finish my name before she hung up on me. Called back and she answered, ""what?!"" I called back again to complain and let them know that this is not how to answer a phone in any situation. That is not what I've come to expect from Deacon and I won't be coming to them again.

I can't say enough positive things about yesterday's visit. I had tried to repair or replace all the mechanisms inside the toilet tank, to no avail. I finally realized I need to ask for help. Not only was Linda as amazing as other reviews have said, but Bob the plumber was terrific. Not only did he you clean up my mess, so to speak, but he also did a check on another toilet which I had feared was nearing repair status. I will absolutely hire them going forward for all plumbing work in my house.

Blew us off, never showed up for an appointment. Told us WE should have picked up the phone and called them to remind them as soon as they didn't show up. That we only called later in the day!! What kind of a company is this? No absolutely not. They are not accommodating and should not be called a ""service"", which this profession really is. I'm sorry, we are not supposed to call them to remind them to show up! No business works that way. Big job, lots of money, their loss.

Over the years I have used Deacon for a wide variety of plumbing services. The office staff, particularly Linda, are amazing to work with. She is very knowledgeable and makes scheduling and follow ups a breeze. When I was in a sticky situation with my water heater and warranties, she did all of the follow ups to get the situation resolved. The plumbers that work for Deacon are also really great. They are easy to work with, do the job right the first time and offer really solid advice. I really appreciate the entire Deacon Plumbing team.

This company took our money for an appointment for an estimate and then after the appointed time, called us and pretty much told us to blow off. They took our money and caused us a lot of strife with one of our clients. They are dishonest swindlers. Do not use them under any circumstances

I called them because two of my toilets were leaking and needed the flanges replaced. The woman in the office was very professional and called before sending out the plumber. He arrived on time and completed the job promptly and did a great job. Also, the price for the job was much less than quotes from other plumbing companies. I will definitely be calling them for any future work.
