DO NOT CALL THIS MAN FOR HELP! He is dishonest. He is only interested in padding his bank account! He charges outrageous prices and pads his billing. Charged $300.00 for the permit required for a job a friend had done. Total charge for installing a new hot water heater, in an outdoor location, was $2400.00! The permit from the County only cost $10.00! He sent a bill for 3 ""service calls"" to another lady, service call was $200.00 each and he did nothing but tell me he couldn't fix the problem!

In small things the work and charges were reasonable. But this time I was over charged over $100 in time and parts. I am in the process of reporting to the Better Business Bureau. I am absolutely shocked. In addition, my water pressure regulator was sealed with white sticky tape instead of the special sealant for high-pressure pipes. The likelihood of leakage is high.

Al DeSilva and his grandson Justin make a great team. We had a plumbing emergency and they showed up that same day, despite being busy on other calls. They were professional, kind, efficient and worked quickly to resolve our stoppage. We were greatful for their terrific job!
