Found Scott De Mars through Multiple Nextdoor reviews-called him and he was able to see me same day! Explained and addressed the issue promptly and professionally--he is my new go-to for all plumbing needs.

I had a slow draining tub. Called Scotty after reading a good review on Nextdoor. He came right out and handled it quickly and professionally. The price was reasonable as well. I'll call Scotty again next time I have a plumbing need.

Giving two stars because of previous experience but this last turn around the service was a disaster. He quoted $100 for a faucet change with owner supplied materials then charged $195. Which we paid. As soon as he leaves there are hot water supply leaks and drain leaks. Called Scott back within 20 minutes and he claims he is already in Campo, he was in Mission Valley 20 minutes ago. Well he got paid, so ignore the customer. Paid $13 cheaper than paying Lowe's to install same faucet but a mountain of headaches and no warranty or backing of their work.

I had a plumbing emergency tonight at 7:20. I called DeMars Plumbing and Snaking and they were here at 8:00. They were efficient and even cleaned up everything after. AND the price was great and the same as if it were regular business hours. And they snaked out a small drain near by without extra charge. If you need a plumber I can recommend De Mars totally. We are grateful for the helpful comments we found on Nextdoor that led us to call Scotty at the last minute to install a couple of faucets at our house. My work schedule is crazy, and I only had some time on a Saturday afternoon. I called him around 2 pm. He was busy with another job but he promised to come by later that evening. He called us back at around 6pm and did the work professionally and charged a reasonable price. He also pointed out some other things that needed to be done, some of which we were aware of, and he was honest about everything. We will call Scotty again when we want to fix those other issues.
