De la Torre Plumbing was quick on it and was just great at communication and flexibility. Joe's work was fast, and he's an honest professional, efficient, and courteous. It was like working with a reliable friend. Thank goodness we just had to have a water heater replaced. He far exceeded my expectations.
Maria V.We were really impressed with Joe's level of service and professional/detailed work. We had him install a water detection system at our vacation house in Truckee. The installation was more work than originally anticipated but Joe didn't rush the job and his rates were very reasonable. He also responded quickly to our questions and helped us file documentation of the work with our insurance co. so we could get a discount. He is also a super nice guy and we felt comfortable letting him work at the house when we weren't there. He even followed up on the work afterwards. We will definately be using Joe de la Torre again for plumbing!
