We scheduled for the next Monday and he was really accommodating with a last minute time change later in the day. He was timely and efficient. He explained what needed to be done and the cost upfront. He left for a bit to buy a part and fixed both a sink and toilet issue quite quickly. He was business-like, respectful and I highly recommend him.

Make De La Torre the first plumber you call!

Wasted time waiting in other services to get back to me; in the meantime De La Torre returned my call within minutes and was onsite within the hour. I am very particular because of the major work and liner I have on my sewer; they had both a camera and water jet; they did exactly as I asked , were courteous, informative and professional. Clog was removed and I have myself a new plumber!

I had a gas leak which I had the gas company check. The gas company shut and locked my gas main. That's when I started calling around for estimates. De La Torre All Purpose Plumbing came out having most reasonable price with no BS explanation of their charges. And they can do it 3 hours after our first contact. They arrived on time. Others were just plain evasive in giving me approximate pricing for different scenarios. Victor the owner was a pleasant guy to deal with. Their truck is clean and well equipped. I plan to hire them again for my daughter's house repiping project.

I put out a general request for quote for an emergency drain clog situation. It was Sunday, but Victor and his crew showed up within 30 minutes. I was already impressed! I explained the steps I had taken to try to fix it. He listened and took that into consideration. It was a bad clog and they couldn't get at it with the tools they had onboard. The next evening, Victor couldn't make it back, so his brother came out with the water jet and had it cleared in no time. I thought the price was perfectly reasonable for an emergency job like this.
