I called for service in the morning and they sent a team in the afternoon for a pipe leak. Victor provided a quote over the phone and when I paid the price was lower than he quoted. They were efficient, fixed the problem and cleaned up after they finished the job. I will keep De La Torre as my go to plumbers moving forward.

De La Torre All Purpose Plumbing ""DLTAPP"" rocks!!! I called Victor De La Torre for a verbal quote to clear my main sewer line and do a camera inspection of the line to help diagnose a recurring ""slow drain "" issue. Their sight unseen quote was much more reasonable than other Yelp plumbers, and their physical response was timely and provided me with everything I requested with no surprise cost increases. They were professional, efficient, and very accommodating as they educated me about my situation. They cleared my drain using hydojetting, fully explained why the blockage occurred, showed me on camera where the issues were within my sewage pipe, and gave me a very reasonable estimate for my use should I choose to take a more aggressive and forward looking approach to prevent future blockages in my very old plumbing system. I couldn't be more happy with the service that Victor De La Torre and his crew provided. I would not hesitate to use or recommend them for any plumbing needs. As I wrote earlier...DLTAPP ROCKS!!!

We had water damage to downstairs ceiling sue to upstairs water leak. They found the source of the leak and fixed it and removed the damaged ceiling material. And all for a reasonable price. Would recommend.

Team came out and took care of our plumbing. What I appreciated the most was I was given an estimate over the phone. I called numerous plumbers and no one wanted to give an estimate for just snaking a drain. I understand there could be other issues encountered but you should be able to get a simple answer. Great job De La torre I will definitely be using them in the future.

I'd like to add to the existing 5 star reviews. We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom that leaked through to the downstairs office. John and Eric were dispatched to look at the issue. In order to properly troubleshoot, they needed to cut a hole in my office ceiling to troubleshoot and had one person upstairs, while the other person downstairs watched for leaks as they ran water. They discovered a broken tub faucet that was the culprit. As such, the repair turned out to be an easy one and only cost me $195 for the labor to review. They did an excellent job with the cleanup, took pictures and video (sent those to me) and were honest in their work. They could have easily found 'more expensive leaks' but were transparent and communicative through the entire process. As such, they will be my go-to company for any future plumbing jobs as I know I can trust their work, the attention to detail and cleanup, and excellent communication skills.

The service we received involved trying to figure out where the leak in our toilet was coming from. It's difficult to figure out because it can be a variety of things. They came out on Monday and reseated our toilet and there was no leak until we used the toilet several times. After we called the plumbers back, Mark and Anthony, eliminated each probable cause, while trying to keep the repair cost down for us and finally had to remove the sewer waste elbow and replace it. After it was removed, we could see how it had deteriorated over the last 30 years and was the cause of the leak. They did an excellent job and were fast and efficient, We would highly recommend this business because they are honest, trustworthy, and professional. We will definitely be using them again.

I called at about noon today (a Monday) due to minor leaks in the toilet cable connection and under the bathroom sink, and for a toilet handle in another bathroom that wouldn't pop back up after pushing it down. To my surprise, Victor told me there were techs in our area who could be over in about 45 minutes. Less than 30 minutes later, Martin and Anthony arrived. They had all 3 items fixed in under an hour, and once done they explained everything they did. I called Victor back and paid by credit card over the phone. The whole process was quick and easy, all of the gentlemen were pleasant and professional, the cost was very reasonable, and Anthony and Martin demonstrated great teamwork. Thank you all - I have saved your number in case we have any future plumbing needs.

The team is very professional.My house got a foundation pipe leak,they quickly found the leaking pipe and replace it. I positively recommend them !
