I had put a review on here a few days ago because of some concerns I had with the company. Lawrence, the business owner texted me his personal cell phone number and asked for a return call. Talk about making things right, Lawrence went out of his way and was very apologetic. He also will hydro jet our sewer lines for free and return the military discount from bills past! Thank you so much for the outstanding customer service! DeHart will continue to be our preferred plumbing service. Thank you Lawrence!

they misdiagnosed the problem and tried to pressure me into buying a multi thousand dollar new furnace. They didn't check to see if anything was still under warranty, and they didn't make a simple repair that was easy for another company to spot. Plus they all kinds of stress by saying you had carbon monoxide and condemning your unit. Plus they came out twice with two different opinions and charged $200. Plus they left me without heat all 4 days in the winter when it was a quick fix! Warning for others.

We have been loyal DeHart Plumbing customers since shortly after they open their doors. We recommend them to our adult son, neighbors and even the VFW. Their work was fair priced and reliable. Everyone was always extremely helpful.
Unfortunately they have raised their prices so much, they have priced us out of using their company. :(
The shut off behind our basement washer was leaking. it was not hard to get too and not a terribly complicated fix. they charged us over a $100 to tell us it would be over $300 to fix it.
I called another local plumber that replaced both the hot and cold shut offs behind the washer for $140.
DeHart Plumbing are good people but their prices are no longer affordable.

Our ac wasn't working. Went thru insurance and was able to have expedited service due to holiday weekend. Lawrence was Very professional in his advice to me. Shortly there after Anthony and Thomas arrived. These guys were top notch professional, friendly and had zero problem explaining things to me. Thank you again for helping with our issue!

There had been a stinky sewer smell in my office building for literally years. Two other plumbers tried to find the source of the smell and could not. DeHart suggested a smoke test which would show if there was a leak somewhere in the system. No one else ever suggested this test as an option. Sure enough the smoke test led us to the leak which was due to an improperly sized cap. New cap installed and the awful stink is finally gone. DeHart is my hero!!!

They blew up my compressor and had to call them over to weeks later for awnsers and got an attitude from the receptionist for asking simple questions. No apologies for the damages they caused only a 5200 hundred dollar estimate to replace the entire system.

We had our pipes back up when we first moved into our house and DeHart plumbing came out and unclogged them and also showed us a few ways to troubleshoot if it happened again. Very friendly and professional staff! Highly recommend

My husband is active duty military and in the midst of pcsing and trying to move to Las Vegas our water heater broke. Dehart is a wonderful company! They came out on short notice and installed our water heater right away so we were able to sell our house! This was in July of 2017 and I still recommend this company to anyone I still know in Manhattan Ks! 10/10 would recommend this company for all of your HVAC and plumbing needs! The owner and technicians are knowledgeable and offer great customer service! They also have fair competitive pricing! Need a plumber? Use these guys!!

I live 21 miles from their office address and called to get a complete HVAC estimate. I was told they would not provide an estimate due to distance despite their advertising saying they service Manhattan, Junction City, and surrounding areas. I was happy to hear that other HVAC companies were more then willing to come to my house and provide an estimate.
