Labor Day emergency! Sewage backed up in basement shower, and anxiety running high. Arnie came right out, knew the house and its history. In the bad day dealing with the sewer backing up to our basement and impossible to find local service man to come out on the same day, De-Clog came to the rescue. Arnie showed up by 4 PM to save me from the day of failed attempts to do the job myself with multiple snakes including $100 rental of a professional grade one from Steels Hardware since the morning. Arnie is a 10 star professional that is hard to find these days. Very knowledgeable in his trade, after few questions he know exactly what the problem is and how to resolve it. It took him 10 -15 minutes and the issue was fully resolved and main sewer line between the house and septic was unclogged. In addition he explained exactly what the problem area was and what should be done to avoid this from happening again. I will be recommending Arnie to everyone.

We had a pretty bad clogged toilet, we called these guys and they picked up rite away and scheduled us in early the next day. Septic pump broke. Called them on Wednesday and they sent a guy Thursday to install new Septic pump. Reasonable priced and very good service.

We had a tank alert on a Sat. morning. We were really fearful that is was our septic pump. Our clean out contractor referred us to De-Clog. At first call, they walked us thru troubleshooting process. Issues did not seem so severe. So we were then scheduled for Monday and given good water management instructions til diagnosis was confirmed. He assessed the problem, fixed it and it was not the pump! YEAH!

Might add, that our trusted plumber of 18 years reconfirmed our choice.
I found them to be extremely polite and professional. I will absolutely call upon them again

I had a clogged drain on Monday 27th of November 2017 1st day of hunting season (from what I figured out) I was so happy they were able to show up the guy got here by 8pm the lady in the office said he would be there no matter what & she was right,he still had calls to go on when he left my house poor guy. I was just greatful that I was done the same day. PS I called at 7am that morning I understand a business like this things don't always go as planed people need to understand that & have patience if they say they will be there they will be there,this company has never let me down. If you want a honest & dependable company this is the company to call

I had a clog in my main drain I called Sunday they advised would call me back Monday. No phone call. I called them she was rude told me would call me back he would be over in afternoon I never received phone call back . I sat for over 24 hours with clogged pipes. I called an other plumber he was there within an hour. Very rude very inconsiderate if they did not have the time to do it they should have said so right from the beginning.
