Was extremely happy that they were working on Christmas Day. The response was quick. Was informed that there was a $200 show up fee since it was Christmas. The hole house was blocked so that was a no brainer. They removed one toilet and ran sewer snake for about 30 feet. Everything seemed to be fixed. Final bill was $750. Next day had to call them back for same problem. Was told they would have to run camera to find blockage. He tried running camera and gave up on it and ran the snake again. This time he ran about 60 feet. Seemed like problem solved. The bill this time was $650 for removing 2 toilets this time. A total of $1400 and the problem was still there. I asked why I had to pay again for what they were supposed to have completed the first time and was told that it was clear when they left. They offered no guarantee for their work after they leave. Third day problem still present. Had to call another plumber to fix problem which was located outside the house.

I needed an outdoor facet replaced, it was finished in no time. Out with the old and in with the new! Job was 80% installed under the house. Strong recommendation.

Used this plumber for a clog drain line and to relocate a toilet. That was the wrong thing to do. He flooded my kitchen, swept the water into the floor vent which caused the duct to break. He cut a large hole in the drywall and did not finish the job. Much of the work was of poor workmanship and required to be redone by a professional. Billie guaranteed that there was no clog but I needed vents added to all the drains. I had another plumber come out and snake the drain line. He removed roots and problem was solved. Billie was wrong and his guarantee was worthless. Will have to spent more to repair Billie Hunt work than the plumbing problem.
