If I could give negative stars I would! We had a problem where our newly installed shower was causing the pipes to rattle which after 4 hours of trying and failing to resolve the issue the plumber who was more than happy to bill us in full for not fixing the issue. (Another plumber was called the next day and was able to fix it in less than 10 minutes). We also needed the plumber to locate and turn off the water for the entire house for which he charged us $125 and it only took him 10 minutes. I was not present for when they wrote up their scammy bill. Congrats DDS you got my business once and won't ever again. I hope others read the review and call someone else. We definitely got ripped off.

Recently, we had a kitchen sink leak in a small rental unit. The representative from DDS came out the same day, had the parts in the truck and was able to replace the leaking garbage disposal in under an hour. He also included recommendations to the homeowner so they could remedy future problems before they occurred.

DDS has come to our rescue several times both during their regular business hours and over the weekend. Their service crew are extremely professional, friendly and clean. They even explained to us how to prevent our issues in the future. Sean and Garrett were awesome!! I don't think the people who wrote those bad reviews were talking about the same place. Only complaint, not really a complaint, but an observation: it's always best when a service company parks on the street, not in the customer's driveway...a small thing but thought I'd mention it...wish I could give 4.5 stars!!!

I had a clogged shower and had DDS come out to repair. I called the front office and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The serviceman was nice and courteous. Jesse came out and cleared our clogged shower drain. He told us exactly what it was cost and solved the problem. We will definitely use DDS plumbing for all of our service needs.
