Dave converted all the old steel pipes in my home to copper and I'm very happy with the work. The team was quick, and as the name says - very reasonable. Great communication along the way and they are pros. Would use D&D again for sure.

My father had stone flooring in his bathroom that appeared to be wet, but there was no visible leak outside at the sink or toilet. We were concerned there was a busted pipe underneath. My dad called at least 3 plumbers who all did some work ranging from $250 - $700 none addressed the issue, the floor continued to be wet daily. So he reached out to me to help him find a pro. I got 3 quotes through Yelp, one 5-star plumber quoted up to $2500 with no guarantee what he proposed would fix the problem!!

When Dave came, quoted a fraction of the cost and was able to come back to work on the bathroom the next day. Dave opened up the wall behind the sink and found the issue, a leaking pipe. Dave worked efficiently to fix the problem, and mentioned it may take a few days for the floor to dry out, which it did!

From the communication to schedule an estimate to the efficient repair work, Dave and his team are pleasant and stress free. My whole family was so impressed that we all got Dave's contact info for future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!

It was a Saturday night call and he came out Sunday morning to chase a gas leak the gas company and cap it. The labor price was okay considering he came on Sunday morning and being called the evening before. I would use them again considering the he lives close to where the service needed to be done.

I guess this guy is good for some but sadly I was not really pleased with his work and communication. I had him completely reinstall the gas line in my house. I figured he would use the existing wall holes for the new gas line but instead he made new holes in the floor for the new gas line...okay that's fine I guess. I wish he would have asked or clarified first but whatever. As he finishes the job he says that he wasn't able to light my water heater because it's too old or something and that he could come back and break the glass to start it but he doesn't recommend it or something along those lines. I think, great now I have to replace my water heater. Flash forward to calling another plumber through my home warranty and the guy casually lights the water heater without issue...ok. Finally, after moving into the home that the gas line was replaced, we tried to turn on the furnace that he was supposed to connect and it didn't seem like there was any gas coming out of it. We had yet another plumber come to try and turn it on and he couldn't figure it out. Keeping in mind that we had the previous owner show us how to light it properly when it was working before the new gas line install. When I tried to contact his appointment person regarding the questions I got zero response. They were happy to text me multiple times after the job asking for a good review yet and soon as I have a question complete silence.

I've been consistently using Dave for several years now as my main plumber for my rental property. I've started using him for my personal house as well. His pricing is reasonable, fair and he's honest. He's willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right. He will always give me a few different options: the quick fix option to spend the least amount of money or the pay some more and have it done properly way. We've done both options in our time working together. He makes sure to explain everything so I can make the best decision for myself. I love that he sends pictures of the current issue and then video of his repairs. I was out of the country one time when my tenant had an emergency sewage backup, and he sent me videos and photos while updating me on the work. It was really helpful to have. and comforting while away.

He also has a good personality, so he's easy to talk with and really does care about his customers. I just uploaded a few finished photos as I will spare you the before pictures. :)

5 stars isn't enough for this dynamic duo ( David / Deanne)+ crew . First time they saved me was back sometime in 2018 and on the weekend of Thanksgiving / laying a new copper line from street to home for the fairest price I've gotten out of 6 bids. ( I think I even cried on the phone with Deanne out of sheer frustration and she assured me "" we can help""- it felt like a warm hug thru the phone ). They arrived at the time she told me ,set up and got to work . By mid afternoon it was done, and they saved thanksgiving plumbing in my house .

Fast forward to 2023, when I notice my water bill higher than usual. First person I called , yup D&D . They got me on their books and David came out tested a few areas and realized my regulator needed to be replaced. He could have gone to Home Depot and buy a generic made in China one but nope he went to a plumbing supply store 13 miles out to buy a good brand and again , installed and tested the pressure before giving me that "" ok, we're good to go"" assurance and 45 min issue was done .

Since Covid , I get prices are inflated all across the board . It's nice to see D&D stands fair and reasonable. I will say this , I call on a lot of service folks for a myriad of reasons but I never stay loyal like I do with D&D if they weren't good people . Good people these days , are as rare as basic human decency & common sense .
