Carl G Loy ..This man continues to lie and make false claims, such as now he says that he has emailed to me a check number of a check he has mailed, as a refund, neither of which I have received. His excuse about a broken axle on his truck was just one excuse and does not otherwise address all the promises he made and times given that he promised to be at the job, doing the job. This man is an habitual liar as I can prove by his numerous emails. Beware of his claims of expertise. Again, I have to make a star rating in order to post, but he does not deserve even a one star. How do you rate someone who never shows up?
