I used this company to inspect the well and well pump and to test the water on a house I am buying. The gentleman showed up on time, but my realtor did not. Today's house door locks used by realtors are opened by keyless internet connection. Inspection companies pay around $200/yr to have this service. Ask before hiring an inspection company about this!!! I wasted an hour of time and was late to work as this company does not subscribe to the internet lock service. The realtor had to meet the man from the company later in the day so I am unable to review the actual inspection. However I can review the service after inspection. I received a phone call regarding the results and an email with the results. I am satisfied for the money paid to this company and would be willing to recommend the company.
