I would never recommend this company to anyone. What a SCAM!! I've used this company several times over the last few years and never had the problems we just had. We called them to come clean out the clog we had, they were there for 10 mins, used the 4 and 2 inch on the eel, hit something 25 feet out. Told my husband our line had collapsed and it would cost us $5,000 to fix it. They never put a camera down there or even suggested to and even tried the eel again. He told them we were leaving for vacation and would call them as soon as we got back to have it fixed. We called several times, I finally talked to the receptionist, a lady very nice and helpful and she told me Ronald would call me to schedule a time to come out and give us a more proper estimate. Didn't get a all back for over a week, meanwhile our sewer laundry/shower water was backing up and overflowing into our yard. My husband finally got ahold of someone and scheduled for them to come out, they never showed up, never even called to say they wouldn't be coming. So we called other companies to come out and give us estimates. Just for one of them to put the eel down there and pull all these roots out of the pipe!! I immediately called D&D, Shawn Brown answered, who told me he didn't work there he was just helping out because they were hit with Covid, understandable, I tried to explain to him what happened and what was going on, just for him to repeatedly interrupt me telling me the job was done correctly, I didn't know what I was talking about. I asked him several times to pass my information on to Ronald and have him call me because he was completely rude and unprofessional. Especially for someone there just to help out. I got a call back within 10 mins from him to let me know he talked to Ronald and he said to forget about paying the bill. I told him I had already paid the bill, if he had listened before he would've heard me say it several times. Shawn let me know he was going let Ronald know and have him get ahold of me. Here we are 1 week later, 1 WEEK, and I haven't heard from anyone so I called again today. Shawn answered yet again and told me Ronald wouldn't be calling me, if I hadn't paid the bill that would be one thing but since I had he wouldn't be refunding me. That he talked to the workers who came to my house and they pulled roots out and did their job correctly. He believes his workers and not me. I tried to tell Shawn this has nothing to do with believing or not, it's completely unprofessional of him and Ronald for that matter to not even return a phone call to hear what your customers have to say. That I have a box, as the pictures show, of tree roots that got pulled out by another company after I hired and paid D&D to come out and do it and they didn't. Shawn then decided it would be ok to yell into the phone, my coworkers could hear him in the other room yelling through the phone at me, telling me that he's ok with being unprofessional that he's not going to get lectured by me who doesn't even know what I'm talking about. I hung up. I've never been spoken to by someone the way Shawn spoke to me and I work with the public daily!!! I've never dealed with a business so unprofessional as D&D. For how small Lincoln is I like to keep business local, but I will NEVER use or recommend them to anyone.

BUYER BEWARE--hourly rate is $110. I was charged $440 just for an assessment of the job. Clock starts the minute the plumber leaves the office. The property where services were provided is 10-15 miles from the office and was charged for 1 hour travel time for arrival and departure. I was billed for an 8 hour day when the plumber left the office at 8 am, left my home at 3:30 pm and took an hour lunch. I tried reaching out to D & D twice to discuss the bill and was told each time that I would get a call back but never received a call back.
I live out of state and was only at the property where services were provided for one day out of 4 days billed. I do not have any confidence that I was billed correctly for the 3 days I wasn't present when the work was done. My recommendation--find a different plumber.
