Spoke to DC Pumps about an older gauge with concerns that maybe the PSI was too high in the house. I appreciated the quick advice and directions for next steps over the phone with pictures shared which indicated that the gauge was in fact defective. Answers were quick, discussion was understanding of the issue and really appreciated the conversation which I was able to have.

Contacted DC Pumps concerning a rusted, leaking joint fitting that carried well water into my holding tank in basement. Answers his phone every time; requested a picture of the fitting and sent it via text. Came with all the parts necessary to fix and replace the problem. I have used them in the past and have always been satisfied with their quality and reliability. I felt that I got a fair price for work performed. Dennis and his son are a credit to their profession. Best of the best!!!

I highy recommend Dc pumps, Moving up here we weren't familiar with wells and septic tanks and ran into an issue where our water all of a sudden turned brown, finding Dc pumps on google was amazing Dennis came to help us out right away he explained what he thought our issue was and fixed it so fast while explaining everything so i can understand. Another issue we had i fig to call and see if he can help and he came right over even though it wasnt his line of work he still helped my husband in the pouring rain.
