They were in and out of our house in a little over an hour AND they cleaned up after themselves and disposed of the old toilets. I will be using them again on our next project coming up!

I had DC Plumbing come this morning to fix a burst water spigot pipe. It was previously installed incorrectly and froze over the cold winter.
When Shane arrived, he explained what was wrong and what he was going to do and started working right away. After working for about a half hour the job was completed and done correctly.
Shane was very friendly and professional throughout the process.
I also liked that making the appointment was very easy and they called the day before as a reminder of our appointment. Also, I thought they were very competitively priced. Would highly recommend DC Plumbing to my friends and family.

I feel so lucky to have finally found a plumbing company in the Kalamazoo area that is honest, reliable, fair, and skilled. I no longer have to worry whether the work was done right or if I was overcharged. Dan has fixed many things in my former house and now my current residence. Anything from a toilet not working to replumbing a shower. Every time the work is done right. Dan (the owner) has gone above and beyond answering any plumbing related questions I have. Thanks to him I now know the best type of water heater and water filtration system. No plumber that I have ever worked with in the past would honestly answer these types of questions for me. DC recently installed a dishwasher that was missing the mounting parts. Dan contacted Whirlpool and spent an hour or more with customer service. Whirlpool did not solve the problem, but Dan sent over Shane (a second visit) who successfully mounted the dishwasher despite no assistance from Whirlpool. This really shows how much they go above and beyond for customers. I highly recommend and will never trust any other company to do any plumbing work in my house.

I first used DC plumbing because they were the only company that actually had someone answer the phone when I initially was looking for a plumber. They have been out to the house three times since for various reasons. They are fairly priced and everyone that has been out has been respectful, friendly, and prompt. I've had the opportunity to work with a couple of the guys from DC plumbing, including Dan the owner, and have been pleased every time. They take the time to explain what's going on, and try to be flexible with scheduling appointments when possible.

I met the owner, Dan, through a mutual friend and needed some work done. He explained that he was only about a year into owning his own plumbing business but had been working in the industry for several years. DC Plumbing has always been on time and gotten the work done quickly. Plus, they are licensed and insured. They have done multiple jobs for me and I have always been satisfied. I'm terrible with plumbing.
