Damian with DC Plumbing was the best. I do not frequently post on Yelp, but I was compelled to share my fantastic experience. Our hot water heater went out mid-day on Easter. We managed to pull off a nice dinner (although dishes were a challenge - and the cold showers after all the cooking were not particularly relaxing), and get a decent night's sleep. We reached out to DC Plumbing first thing Monday morning. Our tankless water heater had suffered a total meltdown. Damian had a completely new unit procured and installed by 5pm. He was professional, efficient, had a fantastic personality which helped lighten the mood given the significant expense and inconvenience of the whole ordeal.

I wouldn't hesitate to use DC Plumbing the in the future, and will absolutely request Damian!

Doing A cosmetic remodel of our bathroom. I called DC PLUMBING and Damien was our technician. He showed up promptly and got all of our issues resolved. Another technician named Matt came out initially and spent about a half an hour just looking at the situation and offering me advice and showing me what I would need to cut open so they could do the repairs. I was impressed with the time they took just to give me some advice and confidence. We had some out of date valves in our tub and Damien went out of his way to find replacements, and worked diligently to get us back up and running in one day!

The dispatcher, Diane or Dana, was amazing when we called and she under promised and over delivered. We have used DC Plumbing for over 20 years. The experience has always been positive.
In this case, we were hearing a leak but could not pinpoint it. Several others in the neighborhood were recently having plumbing done so we checked a couple of them for their recommendations and their plumbers could not come out for a week to investigate the situation. Diane arranged an appointment for early the next morning but promised to have someone come later today if they got freed up. Sure enough Mitch was at our door within a couple of hours. He worked until past 7:30 PM to find and tap off the leak so that we could have water overnight. He then promptly came back the next morning and ran the new line. All of this was done for the promised reasonable price in a clean, polite, competent and courteous manner.

Really again appreciate the help from DC. My water heater began leaking and they were at my house within 30 minutes. Matt came by and then Rod helped too. Within a couple of hours they had everything replaced!!

My wife and I have been doing business with Dave/DC Plumbing for close to 10 years. They have helped us in so many ways, plumbing, A/C, rain leak detection, etc. etc.

We had a major flood in our house this past Saturday night kind of late, I called DC plumbing to come out and help us and Matt from DC plumbing was here within 20 minutes and fixed the problem. Typically, I do not post Yelp reviews as it's tough for me to slow down and report back on my experience. But, as one who appreciates the Yelp reviews that are posted by the Community, I feel duty bound by the tremendous level of service offered by DC plumbing to hit the pause button and writing a review.

So there I was.. on my way to bed at 11pm when I saw sewage accumulating in our courtyard. No need to dive into detail on just how foul the sight and smell was but the take-away was that our main line was clogged and over flowing (at an alarming rate). I called the DC Plumbing 24/hour service line and they showed up 20 minutes later, resolving the issue and getting our plumbing back online within the hour! I was so taken back my the politeness and good pricing that I called DC plumbing back the following week to install our new kitchen sink and run a check on our HVAC. Matt did not try to oversell me on a new unit but ran me through the pros and cons of our system, even offering to install new HVAC vents around the house to improve efficiency.

With such incredible professionalism, pricing, and finish work, DC Plumbing is now wrapping up our second bathroom remodel and is working with my wife and I on the third. As anyone will tell you, remodels are never as predictable as they seem and we ran into some difficulty with the bathtub and faucet manufacturers. On more than one occasion the owner, Dave Colbert, got personally involved to help solve issues despite the problem having nothing to do with his team's role in the remodel. I cannot overstate how spectacular the whole team has been and would recommend them to anyone.
