Furnace service was requested from DC Plumbing and Heating. They responded in a timely manner and replaced a thermostat for the heat only system in the apartment, no A/C. The quality of the work was good. The value of the service wasn't good. Charging $229 for labor which lasted less than one hour is not a good value. Since $100 was charged for the non-programable thermostat , $150 would be more appropriate labor charge.

DC Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning is a 5 star company! Their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Ian is so professional, answering all of my questions and concerns. I've used them many times for emergency leaks and a recent bathroom remodel and they are very responsive and helped me every step of the way walking me through the process. They are very reasonably priced and fair. I highly recommend!

After noticing that the home temperature variance between my top and bottom floor was becoming more pronounced each year, and after waking up to a 61 degree bedroom last week, I called DC Plumbing to see if they could identify a problem with my HVAC unit. Robert came out and was able to diagnose the problem right away, and it wasn't a small one. The ducts were leaking so badly, about the only place in my house getting any heat was my attic. Robert was very thorough in explaining the mechanics behind the problem, so I got on their schedule for some badly needed repairs.

Robert came back with Colin and both were able not only to fix the problem I had contracted their services for, they went above and beyond and even cleaned up debris left in the attic (a lot, apparently) from a prior technician who wasn't as fastidious. Both gentlemen were excellent communicators prior to, during and following the service, they were conscientious about keeping my home as clean and dry (rainy day today) as possible, and they were respectful of my need for minimal background noise because my work-from-home office is only feet away from the attic access panel.

I *highly* recommend DC Plumbing. They stick to their word and do what they agree to do; no less, but sometimes even more.

I had a problem with my Noritz tankless water heater. Robert talked it over with me on the phone and gave me a lot of advice and ways to fix it myself.
When I discovered that the problem was above my pay grade, Dave, the owner, sent out a team. The two guys that came out were diligent and focused, and they spent a long time on the phone with Noritz to negotiate a warranty for parts needed. In the end, no parts were needed, but Dave and his team fixed the water heater. I really appreciate the way Dave handles his business; I was on the phone with him quite a bit during the process. He knows his team, and he really cared for the project from beginning to end.

Had DC put in new AC and heating system... it's top notch and device professional totally! Also had them change out faucets and shut off valves in my 28 year old home... plus rebuild master toilet... work was so good I tipped Robert the Certified guy who also worked on AC unit! They use some of the best replacement equipment so can't recommend them enough! You can trust them to get the job done right.

Today I called DC Plumbing and spoke to Dave at 8:00 a.m. He was friendly and said he would send his team right away.
Justin Carpenter and Ian showed up around 10:00 a.m. and fixed my AC in no time. I was really dreading the possibility of having to change my unit, but they switched the capacitor and voila, the AC started working again.
Thank you DC Plumbing for helping me today, I now can enjoy the long weekend with a cool house. I have your card!

Fast quality service. A/C seized and needed replacement. Gave me exactly what I wanted and was up and running within 48 hours. What more can one say? Unit is even quiter than the old one.

DC Plumbing is the best plumbing company I've ever worked with. I've now used them three times. Each time they were very easy to work with, from scheduling the appointment, to doing the work. Always on time and very professional. The first time they moved my water heater--in-time and professional. Next they helped me covert our guest bathroom's old tub into a walk-in shower. This was a pretty big job over multiple days. They were on-time every day and completed the job when promised so the tile company could finish their work. And just today they helped with a leaky faucet in the laundry room. Again on-time and professional.

All three plumbers that came to my house were super friendly and communicated clearly what needed to be done.

I am so incredibly grateful for the quality of care and workmanship I experienced with this amazing team! Robert and Ian replaced my furnace with an American Standard that heats my home so quietly and efficiently. I am equally impressed with their technical expertise in removing my old furnace from the attic with seamless teamwork. As with many SoCal neighbors recently, our heater wasn't working, leaving our house in the low 60s. After replacing the filter and still no luck, I reached out to DC Plumbing Heating & AC, who my neighbor highly recommended. Due to the high volume of inquiries, they weren't able to come that day but scheduled us for the next day. Fortunately, it turned out to be a quick fix, and Matt and Ian were incredibly efficient, professional, and extremely nice! Highly recommend!
