Do not use DC plumbing unless you want to get ripped off like I did. They charged me for a slab leak detection service and did not bring any leak detection equipment into the house. They also did not perform a line presure check. This is how DC plumbing determind where my slab leak was located. Cut open a pipe at a manifold where you ""think"" the leak may be located (without using any equipment that can verify the location of the leak). Next, pour water into the open pipe. If the water level (in the open pipe) drops, charge $550 for leak detection and hand the customer a quote for more than $,2000 to fix the random pipe.
If that works for you, then be ready for the next step. Hire a real plumber that will use actual leak detection equipment at half the cost and fix the source of the leak for less than $1,800.

We had a shower issue and my husband called Dave and he as out within 15 minutes. Fixed the issue in 5 minutes and showed my husband how to fix it if it happens again. What a great guy! Owner and you can tell he takes alot of pride in what he does.
Highly recommend Dave and DC Plumbing!
On the card, it says he does remodels - I will be calling him back for some upcoming remodels for sure.

Dave and his team are awesome!! They are timely, knowledgeable and respectful of clients homes. Jill, in the office, is an excellent coordinator and always gets the crews where they need to be. Matt is one of their technicians and always gets the job done! I highly recommend this company for any commercial or residential project.

Had Chase at our warehouse to help us out with a broken water line. Not only was his bid a good price but he was also very clean with his work and had the job done in a timely manner. There will always be cheaper bids out there but i will not sacrifice quality work to save a dollar. I will continue to use DC for all of our commercial and residential jobs. I suggest you do so too. Oh yeah. Support the Vets!!

I had a clog in both my bathroom and kitchen. My complex had done some remodeling on my building and I think that shifted some things. Chase came on a Friday night and solved the problem very quickly. I had just gotten off work and really didn't feel like dealing with the issue, but he was such a nice guy and explained everything he was doing. He even cleaned up after which was quite amazing for a plumber. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone who needs this type of service

Chase with DC Plumbing saved the day! DC Plumbing provides very professional and knowledgeable services. I am extremely pleased with their work. I wish I had called them when I first experienced a mainline backup. Unfortunately, I used another company that caused more damage and they did not clear the line. A few days later I heard the same noise in the kitchen sink that I heard when the backup occurred, so I called the unnamed company to come back. During their second visit, they caused more water to backup and flood my home, again. They told me I needed to buy a product to pour down the drain that will eliminate the plug over a period of time. This sounded absolutely ridiculous, so I called DC Plumbing. DC plumbing cleared the blockage with state of the art equipment (which the other company did not have nor were they aware of any equipment that could clear the blockage), and DC Plumbing noted, the other company was not even in the right drain to detect the problem. I will use DC Plumbing in the future.

Wow. Surreal, and so disappointed. Dispatcher made it clear $79 service fee applied for showing up, agreed re: Internet promo on their website re: $79 drain clearing special. Chase showed up very quickly, but expected $289 to clear drain. We got dispatcher on phone, she argued. I showed Chase his company's own web page with the $79 ad and also the paragraph about how the DC in the company name is for the owner's initials and customers are invited to contact him personally for customer service issues. Chase told me the company was sold a long time ago and agreed the web advertising was inaccurate according to the information he and I both got from their dispatcher while we stood around on my front porch. Chase left, I called Best Service out of Brea, their man showed up an hour later, cleared out my drain and charged $77.00. I forced him to take a $20 bill for his effort and lunch. Bummed, DC's website says they have a contract with city of SC, which is why I called them in the first place. Boo.

Chase called me and was available two hours earlier but. Was at work. I pulled into my driveway at 4:45 and he was waiting for me. I told him up front that I had to be practical. I had a pedestal sink that the umbrella drain and corroded and broke. Lime build up contributed to it. Get a new pedestal and you buy the pieces because we do have to mark up. He checked the other sink and whether it's this week or next year, I knew the same thing would happen. As long as he was there, I had him check a shower valve and their hen faucet (needs to be tightened. We talked about ways to remove line and hard water build up. He agreed, a water softener isn't practical for my house. He didn't oversell. The $129 charge gets credited to work I need to have done. It's well worth his services (He is also a Green Bay Packer Fan). I recommend Chase highly. In fact, he's meeting me at a friend's house tomorrow at 10:00 to check a ceiling leak. Timely, honest and professional. I know it will cost, but he'll do it right, he is upfront and he is local. God bless the small businesses of America.
Second incident Chase came to the rescue involved a friend's toilet. My friend is out of the country and her daughter noticed the toilet was emptying extremely slow and water leaking from ceiling downstairs. Chase found the problem was clogged main sewer line about 65 ft from the second floor toilet. He took caste of everything and showed me he was using a thicker piece of wax seal when he was putting the toilet back in place. Three hours to find problem. He called

Chase came to our home and is the most talented plumber we have ever met! Chase gave us a price to install a tankless water heater, We checked 3 other companies and we gave Chase the job,
The job was so clean and perfect & we'll never use anyone other than Chase and DC Plumbing

My heating unit seized up and same day, they came out, quoted me, told me what the problem was and I had the option to pay $129 service fee and credit that towards the job or use somebody else. I called two AC/Heater guys and quote was $200-$300 more than I was quoted so DC did it. I thought the part may take a week but they got the new blower and installed next morning. Great service. Good price. Owner came out to make sure his guy did a good job. I like they are local to San Clemente as well.
