Finding a good plumber who is honest and knows the work is not an easy feat in DC. I was lucky to try DC plumbing for 2 issues. David was quick to respond and took care with a high level of professionalism! Would not hesitate to use his services again!

David was great, very clear ahead of time about price for the job-- servicing a sump pump-- and he made other suggestions while he was here and looked at a few things I had questions about. Moreover, he didn't try to gouge me or charge extra for it. To me, in this day and age and in an area where some folks might try to hustle an extra several bucks, David didn't do that at all. He was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and got the job done right. And, this was all from a same-day call? C'mon... half the time folks flake or show up hours late. Not David. He called to say when he was on his way and was right on time.
Of course I don't want to need his services again, but because of today, he's in my phone and will be the guy to call.

David was excellent and a pleasure to work with. Pipes to both outdoor spigots of our rental property had burst after this past cold winter. He assessed and fixed piping for both, installing new spigots and an access panel in the dry wall that had to be taken down for access. This was done in an expedient fashion and with good communication with our tenants and myself remotely. Also provided info re: preventing future issues during winter to our tenants. I will definitely call on David for any future plumbing needs.

The team showed up promptly a few hours after we called and went to work on a few different plumbing projects in our house. Water started dripping from my kitchen ceiling. Over time, a pinhole in the bathroom pipes (old pipes in an older house) caused the backup and buildup of moisture and one day I noticed a gaping hole in my kitchen ceiling. I phoned David at 7 AM and scheduled him to arrive at my home at noon. He and his associate Juan arrived promptly. After assessing the situation and getting my approvals, he replaced a few pipes with copper pipes, snaked the bathroom sink and tub, replaced the drywall in the kitchen, and vacuumed everywhere they worked, so no debris was left. Throughout, David kept me apprised of the costs and explained what they were doing. Excellent service, workmanship and reasonable pricing.

I have been searching for a plumber for a few weeks when I came across David's business here on yelp. He responded right away to my call and worked with me to find a time that would work for both of us. He arrived on time, did a great job fixing my clogged tub, looked at a few other things, explained everything, was very polite and patient with my questions, and had a great price. I would definitely use David again and will be recommending him to my friends!

David and his team were great. I reached out for a quote and they were able to fit me in the next day to assess the problem and provide me with an estimate. I was expecting them to come back another day to fix it but they were able to make all the repairs on the spot. My toilet was filling up slowly/delayed, and they were able to replace my pump. I also wanted to remove the shower frame and sliding glass doors from my tub, and they were able to do that as well. I also wanted to change my shower head with one I bought on Amazon and they were able to do that. The service was quick and professional. I'm glad I was able to use one company to handle everything at once. I would definitely use this company again.
