The only good thing I can say about them is that they responded within an hour of my frantic call of a burst water heater weld. The quote that we were given to repair the leak was totally out of line with what the problem was. He was there to redo a weld. Instead he told us he needed to replace the line - not the case. When we asked what a new 40 gal. water heater would cost it was completely out of the ballpark. We decided to pass on him and called our normal plumber who came the next day. Our guy redid the weld (which was the problem) and replaced the 13 year old water heater for almost half of what they quoted. I would never call them or recommend them.

We recently used DC Plumbing through our home warranty service and I wanted to let people know how good of a job they did. They were very reliable, calling me to alert me of a change of time due to emergency job that had to be taken care of first, and had great follow up. The problem was fixed quickly and the rep even had to run to the store to get a part. I was very impressed with the service. Hard to find these days , especially with service oriented businesses. Very professional, I would highly recommend them.

This company does not do their work up to code.

I caution anyone that is considering to use DC Plumbing. They installed a water heater in our home improperly and not up to code. When we contacted the company to correct their improperly installed work, they gave us the run around and denied responsibility for their own work. The company actually wanted us to pay them a second time to correct their improperly installed work.

My suggestion: Get a licensed plumber that does their work up to code and doesn't stiff their customers.

I would give 0 star, but yelp requires to give at least one star. Totally a rip-off company. The employees look nice, but don't be deceived by the look. They rip you off. They tried to charge me $4,500 saying that I have a slab leak. It ended up being $200 repair by my handyman due to a little hole on a pipe by my sink. Even after finding out that it was not a slab leak, the owner never apologized to us and tried to charge $850 if I wanted to fix the hole with them. They have NO conscience.
