I called Dorjan to fix a clog in our basement apartment. This has been a recurring problem since we bought our home. Dorjan arrived on time and was very professional. He went beyond what I expected by explaining what was causing the recurring problem and permanently fixed it. Over the last 5 years I was ripped off by other plumbers that just put a ""bandaid"" on the issue. His prices are also very reasonable. Had extremely low water pressure in the shower, and shopped around for proposals on fixing the issue. One plumber proposed having to break the entire tiled wall to get into the plumbing behind it, replace everything and patch it back up for over $2k, with a high-pressure sales pitch to boot.

Instead, I called DC Piping and Dorjan came over to take a look. He figured out what piece was worn out, went out to find and buy the piece, and had the shower running like new in a matter of hours from start to finish. Saved me a ton of money, and no ""wall breaking"" needed.

So far, used him twice, and plan to make him my go-to plumber going forward for any issues we have.

I had a pressure assist toilet that intermittently was not flushing. He came to visit free of charge on a Saturday and of course when he was here the toilet worked perfectly. He checked it out to try and diagnose any issue, but found nothing. I know eventually the toilet will stop working and when it does I will call SC Piping and Heating Corp.
