I don't have enough good words to say how happy and satisfied I am with the work Dorjan and DC Plumbing provided. I had sent out an inquiry to several companies for a busted water tank that was leaking water everywhere and it left me with no hot water. Dorjan responded to my inquiry within minutes and was the only one to ask questions about my tank, size, where leak was, photos, etc. I felt all his questions were very appropriate to diagnose what job needed to be done.

During our encounter I did not feel pressured/forced in any way to have him take on the work which I really appreciated. I also felt that the price he quoted me was fair to other quotes I received. Dorjan was able to come in and compete the job the very next day. Not only was he early, but was able to get the job done in 2 hours from start to finish as promised. Thank you again for having such a great attitude and calmness throughout the whole experience. You helped make this stressful situation bearable. Will definitely be using this company again in the future.

Dorjan came out and identified our issue (a failed sump). He was back with a replacement later in the day and now our basement is no longer flooding.

Total price for the service was $1800 before tax. Google tells me that this is in the reasonable price range for this service, so I'm happy. I know you're supposed to get things quoted out but this was just not an option given the urgency of the service, and I'm grateful that Dorjan was able to come out and fix me up on the same day.

Talking with Dorjan was easy and he was straightforward and communicative when we were going over what needed to be done.

I can't comment on the service itself. They promptly came to diagnose the issue and provided an estimate to repair. But when I heard it would cost $500 to repair my toilet, something felt amiss.

I got a second opinion. The part that needed replacing cost $15, and the service to replace it another $80-100, if that -- it's literally a 15 minute job. So I went with someone else for the job.

Obviously it's their choice what to charge and your choice who to go with. I'm sure they're very capable and can fix your plumbing issues. But do yourself a favor and do a little research before getting overcharged for simple fixes.

Our plumber Dorjan was great he fixed a problem that other plumbers came took a look at and claimed would need a total refit of the tub.

He fixed our problem same day and was patient with us while we did a bunch of fill and drain tests on the tub.

Our shower leaked badly upto where we had to shut off the water valve in the house. I requested urgent quotes through yelp. Dorjan replied right away and came the next day morning. He replaced the cartridge and fixed with good manners. I would definitely use him again and recommend to anyone.
