I had a busted garbage disposal that Started to let off a funky smell, I saw an ad on Facebook stating that they would be in my neighborhood the following weekend And if I scheduled through the ad I would get 10% off, Devon was the technician that came out to my unit he was very knowledgeable and professional he even disinfected the work area after he was finished which I was very great full for. They were called out to shut a shower faucet off that would not turn off. They contacted me to tell me that they were on their way, but did not show up. I called them to find out where they were and they said that they would be their within one hour (after saying they were on their way). One in a half hours later they weren't there so I called again to see when they would arrive. They said it would be another 30 minutes. However, they did not show up for another one in a half hours. I lost 5 1/2 hours of work waiting for them to show up once they said they were ""on their way"". Then they showed up and shut off the faucet but didn't fix the problem and billed me for $230 saying they would have done a repair but it was already done within the last year. I have lived in the home almost 2 years and this repair has not been done during that time. Don't waist your time with these people!!!

I called to have a leak fixed from the incoming line to the washer. I was expecting to have to wait a day or two but Devon squeezed us in that same day! He replaced the parts and his fee was really reasonable. Excellent service and great price. We will definitely be calling DC from here on!
