Excellent service from Sean/Shaun/Shawn (however he spells his name) and he complies with state recommendations for safety during covid19. I could not gain access to my tub drain and clear it myself. He was able to remove the stopper and reattached it so it is easier for me to remove in the future. I really appreciate this and am impressed with how quickly the clog was removed from my drain. Thank's to Shaun/Shawn/Sean, I will not be standing in a growing puddle when showering!

I HIGHLY suggest you NOT work with this company! We had them out after my husband rented a snake and got it caught in our line. We asked that they help get it out and then finish cleaning the drain. The guy they sent, honestly seemed to have no idea of what he was doing (he didn't even bring in any equipment other than a clip board).

After being down in our basement for less than 15 mins (half of it he was on the phone) he came up and said, ""I gave it a couple of tugs and got nothing!"" I then got a feeling that this tech had no idea what he was doing and no idea how to confidently get it out, so I called my husband and then my husband asked if he was only going to pull on it by hand then he just wanted him to leave. The tech then offered to run a camera down the line (for $200) with no guarantee that he'd be able to really see anything or he could put his snake down (for another $200) but said, ""it could get stuck and then we'd have a real problem!""

After my husband just said we'd figure something else out, he said he would have to charge a $100 fee and mentioned that he technically should've charged us MORE! I asked him thoroughly about any charges and he never once mentioned this fee. What a joke! He did nothing!

My husband then reached out to the owner because we felt that the charges were unfair since he didn't do any work. The owner proceeded to yell at him on the phone and then hung up! Completely unprofessional.

We'd highly recommend Ron The Sewer Guy! They came out later the same day, got the snake out with no problem and then proceeded to clean all of our drains for $273. They were honest, fair, prompt and professional! Great company, wish we would have found them first!

had them out to clean out a main drain. Did a good job. Tech put a new cover on my main drain. New cover started leaking 3 months after it was put on. Owner called and said he would come and look at the leak. Keep telling me reasons he does not have time to look at problem until I got mad on the phone and he hung up. He never was going to stand behind his service. I do not recommend ever using them. Owner is not interested in customer service. Never recommend base on the owner interaction.

Nick worked his tail off!
If I had a company like this, I would want Nick on my team. Normally when we have the main line cleaned out it is easy peasy. However that was not the case this time. The last guy who put the cover back on must have cross threaded it. After some back breaking work, Nick persuaded the cover off and was able to clean out the drains and we no longer have water backing up from the floor.
Nick you saved the day! Or in this case a Sunday night.

I called this company on a whim back in 2011 when my main sewer line backed up on a Friday evening while I was showering before my brother's wedding rehearsal, causing backup in my basement. They were speedy and very reasonably priced. I have also used them multiple times since to clear my main sewer line and my floor drain. Every technician that I have had contact with has been kind, efficient, and knowledgable.

These guys totally screwed me over. They were hired to clear the main drain. They sent out a rookie who immediately got his equipment stuck, left our sewer open all evening and then was joined by a more experienced mentor the following day to show him how to get his equipment unstuck and clear the drain. I got charged over 3X the promised amount as I paid for the rookie to sit all day with his hands in his pockets and watch the more experienced guy as well as pay for the more experienced guy they sent over.

My house main sewer line was plugged. Called the 24/7 dispatcher and I had a technician out in about an hour-and-a-half. Very professional technician brought his equipment in and took care of the problem straight away. Would call again as well as recommend to family and friends.

Will never use or recommend this company. I have a restaurant and was having plumbing issues with my toilets backing up. I called and the plumber shows up at 6, tells me there's nothing wrong and charges me $150. 2 hours later at 8 PM, my toilets are backed up with water coming out in various drains throughout my restaurant! I call them again to tell them of THE SAME problem. Guy arrives at 10:30 pm, snakes a drain and tells me that solved the problem. Of course the charges me $150 plus extra drain cleaning fees AGAIN! Even though they didn't fix this problem just 2 hours ago! 3 weeks later....I'm having the SAME problem AGAIN! They do not stand by their work, double charge, and have incompetent people.

Stay away! I moved forward with John Sewer and Drains and TJK plumbing and both are great!

Excellent service from this company. The plumber I called does not snake out main sewer lines. He did, however, recommend that I call D.C. Annis for the best job at the best price. When I made the appointment, I was told up front what the charges would be. Rob showed up on time and was both personable and knowledgeable. He got right to work, solved our problem, and explained the issues clearly when he was done. I hope I will not need to have the main snaked again, but If I do, I will call D.C. Annis.

Called on Sunday 10 AM for overflow of basement drain due to presumed block of sewer main. Nick arrived a little before the appointed 3:00 and quickly went to work. He passed 130 feet of 3 types of snake drill bits without success for two hours. He recommended a second visit by a different technician knowing that sometimes a second try is the answer. At 8:00 Monday, Luke and a trainee, Garvin, arrived and the findings were discussed. It seemed likely that the blockage was due to ice caused by an uncapped clean-out 130 feet from the garage clean-out. They tried passing 130 smaller snake drill that Luke had customized. Still unsuccessful, they procured a jet-tipped hose that created a high-velocity water spray that cut through the ice blockage, much to everyone's relief. They capped my second clean-out and snaked another drain in my laundry room as drainage was slow. I was very happy with the professionalism and hard work displayed by all DC Annis employees. I also had renewed appreciation for those household amenities that we all eventually take for granted. I highly recommend DC Annis, not only for their honest hard-won efforts, but also for charging the same on Sunday as they do the rest of the week. My unsolicited advice is to check any clean-outs that you have outside in the autumn before the snow flies (as I consider myself lucky to find mine under 18"" of snow) and make sure it is capped. The last thing you want is a blocked sewer main, but if it happens, call DC Annis-prompt, professional, hardworking and reasonable charges.
