I would definitely recommend DB's plumbing if you have any work needed. I had some issues with my toilets and Tommy knew exactly what the issue was within minutes after I had spent some time messing things up on my own. He also gave me some tips in the future that were helpful. Pricing is not bad and they were promptly on time with all that was needed for the repair. I will definitely have DBs on my quick call list for plumbing needs. My neighborhood is also a fan as we pass the word on to each other about good businesses.

Even though the technician was late, they deserve 5 stars. He called me to let me know he would be late due to another emergency. He was very apologetic and got the job done quick. Seemed a little pricey, but oh well. Glad the issue was fixed and now I can go to sleep with peace of mind. I will recommend them to anyone. Professional, polite and effective.

What an incredible experience from start t finish.
After a Christmas Party I had to call DB's plumbing for an emergency repair. I initially spoke to Melanie on the phone, she spoke clearly and understood the urgency of my problem. She was very helpful in telling me what I needed to d until the technician showed up.
The repair went smoothly, the technician was well spoken, clean cut and polite. He made sure to cover his feet before entering my home and cleaned up after the repair as if he'd not been there at all.
I received a follow up phone call form Melanie to insure the repairs went smoothly and that my expectations had been met.
I would recommend this plumber and have to anyone who ask. its important to me that business's operate with care and integrity, that a business treat me with kindness, respect and are compassionate to the problem. Db's plumbing is that company. Great staff, great service and local members of my community!

You guys came out on a holiday weekend (Friday after Thanksgiving), AFTER 7 p.m., when no other plumber was available until the following Monday, to fix a main line leak in my house. We couldn't use sinks, toilets, showers without it flooding the basement. Thank you! Our DB plumber was friendly, professional and efficient even after working all day with everyone else's plumbing issues. Thanks for going the extra mile.

NOTE: Also, from a safety standpoint, I really appreciated the email with the photo and name of our plumber so I knew what to expect when he arrived.

We had a plumbing problem at our shop on a Wednesday night. The toilet was not draining properly. DB came out the following day about noon and ran a camera to diagnose the problem as grout. Apparently, some contractor dumped unused grout into the piping which set up and eventually let to clogging. DB then used a high pressure water jet to break up the grout and flush out the system. DB was very professional and explained their work as they went. We are really happy with their prompt service and professionalism.

DB's was contacted by my home warranty company and they then reached out to me. They were able to fit me in that afternoon as I had had no hot water for four days (because the 'other' company couldn't be bothered to show up when they said they would). The technician came out when he said he would, did the work quickly and honestly. He was transparent about the process and what would happen if it happened again, what work would be covered by my home warranty company and what would be out of pocket.

All of the team members that I spoke with were professional friendly. I will definitely go back to DB's if needed and have already recommended them to others.

It's never a good situation when you have to call a plumber. But let me tell you, if you need one, these are the people to call! During one of Virginia's coldest weeks, despite being inundated with burst pipe calls, they rushed to my home with same day service. Everyone else was telling me I would have to wait at least three days! Not only was I treated with empathy and courtesy by Jenn, the office manager, but the expert, David, echoed that respect in person when he quickly determined where the water came from and fixed the problem. God forbid, I have any future floods or plumbing problems in my home but if I do, I will call no others. Thanks to them for their part in getting my basement back to normal!

David was able to quickly assess what needed to be done, provide me with options including different materials to use, and explain to me what the lifetime of the parts may be. I was able to make a very easy choice on how to proceed because of his honest and expert input. He and his specialist made swift of work of it all, and invent had to think about my leaking pipes since. They took pictures of their work site before and after, further building my confidence in their ability.
