I had Aaron from DB's plumbing and Drain fix the main water line to my home. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars because he did an excellent job. The leak was fixed in 2 steps, one (an exploratory excavation) just prior to Christmas and a second step (the fix) the day after Christmas. He was always right on time, very professional and responsive. He is an unusually fast worker. Upon completion, he provided me with a complete review of everything he had done. Perfect! I highly recommend him to other home owners.

Nick from DB's plumbing did an excellent job. He arrived on time, gave an accurate estimate for the work, and completed the repair quickly. He was very professional and I would hire him again. His company also sends out a photo of each technician before they arrive so you know you are letting the right person into your home.

Marv from DB plumbing was incredible and a huge help! This wasn't his first time out to our house, and every time he is so knowledgeable and helpful. We asked for him specifically because we enjoy working with him and will continue to ask for him in the future! He helped us figure out an issue with our sump pump, which was a huge relief. I recommend! John P was very knowledge, kind, and did a wonderful job. I called DB's after a leaky toilet led to a very high water bill. I didn't want to do a smaller fix that might miss some underlying issues or require another fix soon. I'm satisfied with my choice to go with them.

Marv was my plumber. He is exceptional. I'm very pleased with everything he did, which included installing brand new water heater, faucets, install a new toilet , my kitchen faucet looks phenomenal. He was punctual , professional, genuinely thoughtful and throughout all his hard effort throughout the day; he didn't take a break from 9 am - 5pm . It's pricey but you get quality work and they stand behind their work . Performance 10/10. Very happy customer. The other plumber Aaron was excellent too. I had him previously.

When we had a section of our lawn sinking we were concerned about our sewer line. We called DB's Plumbing and Drain and they came out the same day. After Aaron scoped the sewer line and provided pictures we could see that there were two breaks in the line. Aaron came out at 7am the following day and replaced 15 feet of pipe, spending the entire day to dig a 3 foot deep trench and to remove the broken pipes and replace them with new pipes. After hydrojetting the line all the way to the street to make sure there were no other breaks, he refilled the trench and then seeded the area and covered it with straw, hosing off the sidewalk and driveway where dirt had accumulated.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received and Aaron in particular, who kept us advised of what was happening every step of the way. We were comfortable with the pricing for the work that was done and what could have happened otherwise!

Technician Aaron was communicative, arrived early, informative about preventative options. I am thankful for the latter since my ""test"" house seems to help keep DB's employed!

Customer service (Mystee) was great. The plumber/technician (Duncan), arrived in a timely manner, explained everything, was neat and performed the service quickly. I'm not sure I could have wanted them to do anything different/better. If I have another plumbing issue, I'll definitely use them again.
