Best plumber in town! Came out two days before Christmas to fix a leak under the kitchen sink. Spent 15 minutes checking every connection, ran the dishwasher and garbage disposal, before figuring out that we must've fixed the problem ourselves when we were tightening up all the connections we could find under the sink. Then, after all that work, didn't charge us a dime. Who does that anymore? I've got them on speed dial from now on.

called and he was rude and I described what was needed and he just came out and said NO this is not going to work for us. Didnt even come to look at what I asked. Plenty of plumbers out there. don't go here.

Be VERY careful with these guys. Called them to install a RO water filter for my sink. Before they came all they asked was if my sink is stainless steel, which it is. Come to find out when they get here it doesn't matter what the sink is made of, and since my counter top is made of limestone they can't do anything because they don't have the proper drill. Was charged 85$ for the house call when they were here all of 5 minutes. Limestone counter tops are so common there's no reason for them to not ask me beforehand. edit: in response to comment below. I purchased the filter through amazon, which then gave me an option to hire a contractor to do it. There was no option for it to be a replacement or new filter. This is either an error on amazon's or your end, not me. I'm not sure why you think the fact I took a few days to reply and initially setup the """"installation"""" has any bearing on why your company charged me $85 for nothing. Granite counter tops are extremely common. If you won't drill through it and are going to charge 85$ for a house call, then that should be a question you ask before going. You said that """"special tools which only countertop contractors use"""" are needed for this. Not true. The specific drill bit for granite is at Lowe's for $8. I watched a 2 minute youtube video and finished the hole in less than 15 minutes. Given your company offers RO filter installation as a service, and granite countertops are extremely common, there's no way you didn't already know this.

Found D&B in Yelp. Good ratings. their hourly rate is good & quotes are free. Service man came out, gave us a quote. We had him do the work at that time. Owner, Josh is a reliable, ethical business owner, who goes the distance to make sure his customers are happy with the job. We hope our plumbing needs will be few (who doesn't) But when we do need plumbing, we will always call Josh. Thanks Josh. We really appreciate your honesty.

I found D&B Plumbing on Yelp. This is this the second time I have I have dealt with them. Last time was with a shower. This time, was leaky toilet. They got the job done on time, and quick. If you need any plumbing services at all, call D&B. Best customer service I have had a chance to encounter in the construction trade. Honest and reliable. I was not able to be onsite as the work was being done and Josh sent pictures along with updates during the water main repair. Thanks again to Josh and his team for getting this done so quickly!!!
