Our main water line connection broke in the evening. Donald responded quickly to my yelp request, which I submitted at 11pm. I was pleasantly surprised. I did not expect a response until the morning. Donald came out in the morning, assessed the issue and fixed our pipe.

Don installed a water softener system in my home, gave me a more than fair price, and did an excellent job. He was a third of the price of the other plumbers I contacted and took the time to look into different water softener options that would best fit my needs. He was also the only plumber to bring up the issue that water softeners cause when watering plants. You can't water your plants with a salt based system or your plants will die. To get around this, he installed another water spigot that doesn't go through the softener so I can water my plants. I would hire him again in a second.

DB plumbing did a great job at my home, our water pressure was very low. They clean(unclogged) the affected features like shower, tub, bathroom faucet, kitchen faucet from all the clogged stuff and the water pressure is running great now! Also because we use a tankless water heater with low pressure we weren't getting hot water. Now is all better than ever. Strong shower, we are very happy!

Just bought a new washer and dryer. When they went to install it, my hot water valve/outlet was stuck and they couldn't turn off the water.
So I figured I would turn off the main water cut off, but my main water valve is the old school one (the one with the knob that you have to keep turning right) and even though I closed the valve, water was still going thru the pipes because the main water valve was worn out! So now faced with TWO problems!

So I called DB plumbing - Don came out, gave me a quote to replace the main water shut off valve and the hot water valve/outlet for the washing machine.

Since I need my washer and dryer to wash clothes, I asked if Don can come out the very next morning to do the install.
He said yes!

They came in the morning, replaced both of the items requested and charged me the price that was quoted.

No games or bait and switch!

My new main water valve is now the newer quarter turn type so should last a long time!
