Had them come out to our house two different times and even after saying what the problem was over the phone before they came out - they were not able to help us. So $180 down the drain just to figure out someone else needs to come out. Waste of time and money.

The tech was very nice though. He was confused he got the call to come out when he knew he couldn't help and say whomever answered the phone should of known better.

I spoke with the owner Daz and his employer led me to believe that my pipes had burst and It needed to be replaced for the amount of 3500 but he didn't do anything but dig up my yard. So he decided to charge me 2500 for coming out and the issue wasn't with my home sewer line it was the city sewer which will be fixed for free. The pricing didn't match the job. I feel that the company owner is a scammer. Be careful dealing with Daz Plumbers.

Schedualing was easy even showed up two day before, our plumber(Shawn) did a great job and made some a few improvements and suggestions for our future plumbing needs. will definate recommend and call if needed again

Great customer service! They are very efficient and the price is very reasonable. The owner and staff is very nice and treat their customers with first priority. Also this business is Black Owned which is a plus!

After tunneling under my home to repair a broken sewer line they informed me that they would re-pack all the excavated dirt. When the dirt was returned there was considerable dirt remaining. I asked why so much dirt remained? Their retort was the dirt removed was compacted and they had no way of compact the dirt into the site repaired. I directed the excavation crew to leave the remaining dirt in my background so I could replace the dirt as natural settling occurred. When I returned home the dirt was removed from my home. When I called and explained the office said they would return the dirt that was taken. It has been 3 months, and several phone calls with no resolution. I even spoke with the owner who promised to make thing right. Now their phone numbers are not working. What a sham. They had no problem taking my money. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I hope the work holds up.

Zero stars! Ruined my floor and left a mess!
They didn't unclog the line and wanted to dig a hole in my entryway floor for 5 grand!!
I called a different plumber out... he had it fixed in ten minutes!!

no stars... late late late
no communication!! sat here from 11-3 never called...never showed up until almost 4pm. when i called the office leann said.. sory i will call and let you know something..she never did. then they said they would be out the next day between 8am and 10am....no show, no contact, no nothing. i call the office.. leann again with sorry and um... i can have them out there between now noon and 4????

not a good company and before the guy even snaked the line... he was already letting me know its a bigger issue!!?? how... you just got there???

D (the owner) came out the week before we left for vacation on a cruise to give us a quote for a new water line to our house - since we had a bad leak that was costing us an arm and a leg in water bills. His offer beat the other companies we checked out, and they even did it while we were gone, so we never had to experience a water outage! It took a few days for the inspector to come out from the city, but after that was done, the guys filled in the ditch. They even came back out to change the spigot location to suit our preferences - since we weren't home for consulting when they made that decision. Our neighbors had the same thing done and their yard is still recovering since the company they used filling in the ditches with mainly rock. DAZ pounded the mound flat and the top is filled with dirt so grass can grow back quickly! Thanks DAZ!

I woke up to a flooded front yard and water going down the street. Immediately contacted the City Water Department to find out it was in my end. I looked online to find a local, reputable company that specializes in plumbing. DAZ Plumbing had great reviews so I called them up. Technician that arrived was knowledgeable and communicated throughout the whole process. It wasn't until the end of the job, that he started and finished on site, did I realize that my technician was the owner himself!!! That says a lot about his character to still get out in the trenches and work, when his staff has a backlog of work. Thank you Mr. Dee for your hard work and great pricing. I called friends who couldn't recommend a plumber or company, but now I will know who to contact or where to direct future issues.

I used them once a year ago and although not on time they seemed to do a good job. This second time I called them and scheduled an appointment. I talked to the secretary three times requesting a quote and every time she assured me Mr D would call me back and be able to provide a quote to descale my tankless water heater. That call never came. One of his employees shows up at my house one morning. I was slightly surprised but showed him the job. He proceeds to quote me a price twice what most of the other plumbers are charging and significantly higher than the year before when I had talked to Them about the job. A waste of my time. If you're ok paying a premium and poor communication this company might be for you
