George has been our plumber for years. He's expensive but does good work, but I just got a bill for removal of a stuck Delta faucet, and replacement with a new Delta faucet I purchased myself from Home Depot. I'd asked him to also fix a small hand held shower head if he could. My husband was home when he was here. George asked my husband if he could replace it. He said yes, so George went out, bought a new huge, ugly shower head with a cheap hose and installed it without calling me first. I called him unhappy. I asked him if he would take back the shower head if I removed it myself and he said he would. I removed it and he came by and picked it up. I reinstalled the small handheld I had. All it needed was a cleaning and new teflon tape & pipe dope. I reinstalled it myself and it works fine. Bill arrived today for $279 for parts and labor (what parts I do not know - I bought the faucet he installed). I'll leave it up to the reader to decide if $279 was a fair price to install a bathroom faucet. In a small town I'd have thought he'd have eaten the cost of running out to keep an old customer happy, but he didn't.

If I could leave no stars I would. This company should not be in business. Left home with an air bound heating system after replacing expansion tank . owner does not stand by his work. Avoid this business at all costs.
