My child tossed my wedding ring down the bathtub drain as I was shutting off the water. It's an old style tub with no filter. I was able to turn the water off right away, but couldn't feel the ring with my fingers. I called the number -which transfers you or has you leave a voicemail. The owner called me back within THREE minutes, from his cell phone. He asked a few questions and told me to text him my address. He was here within 15 minutes.

He looked at the drain and where the pipes were. He was able to fish the ring out of the drain!!! He was very knowledgeable about the piping too. He said if he hadn't been able to fish it out, he could've opened up the wall and found it in the other part of the pipe that was like a trench area (probably where my previous clogs were).

The owner is Greg Bardonnex and the phone line is 559-732-8904. He was very kind and professional. He didn't mind my yapping dog. He was very affordable, especially for a late night emergency visit. He accepts Venmo (woohoo!!) so you don't have to worry about cash or checks.

Do not call these guys for anything!! Got paid and won't return phone calls or text messages and never finished the job!! Horrible communication and bad customer service!!!!!!
