Would give 0 stars right now if I could. Very unhappy customer! Here's our story: We have used David and Day or Night Plumbing several years ago when we had a pipe burst in our kitchen and he was amazing. Came the next day to help us out and fixed the broken pipe so we could have water again. Now fast forward, we have remodeled our master bathroom and the final step to our remodel is the sinks. We need to piping installed. We scheduled (or so we thought) with David to come out several days later when he said he was available. Monday comes and he never showed up we called and he apparently forgot. So we made arrangements for him to come out the next day. What do you know he didn't show up then either. So we decided to give him one last chance to come out the following day as like I said above we have worked with him before and liked him and felt he did a good job. Well Wednesday comes we text him to make sure he's still coming and of course (by now I'm not surprised) he says he can't make it. Wow. Terrible business practice David; to lead someone on in thinking you would come do a job previously agreed upon. Shame on you. We could have had a working bathroom 3 days ago but wanted to give you our business. What a mistake. We will no longer be recommending you to anyone as we have recommended your business countless times over the years and you have lost a lifelong customer!!!
