Day & Nite has replaced our furnace and installed a gas water heater for us in the last year. They were a joy to work with. They came out to size up both jobs, allowing them to give us accurate estimates. Nothing extra was done without their telling us about it, including what it would cost. They did not try to sell us something we did not need or want. They call when they are on their way during the 2 hour appointment window. They showed up on time, were courteous and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves, including the rusty water from the prior broken water heater. And they hauled away all the old equipment. We will use them for any future plumbing or heating needs we have.

New homeowners. Two things I don't work on-- Electric and Plumbing.
When the kitchen faucet decided it had enough, I took a look and knew I would be calling a plumber.
I called on Saturday and got a call back-- they had an opening on Monday morning, but they couldn't quote a price from the book.. I have heard this before.
Our guy showed up when he was supposed to and he was a great guy.
He installed the new faucet I bought and he took out the old one and took it all away. He even patched up a small issue with the dishwasher-- which was awesome.
I was super happy-- 5 stars.
Then he did the bill.
It wasn't my guys fault-- but look, 440 for 2 hours work seems too much for me. That's $220.00 an hour and I understand these are skilled workers and journeymen, but an honest price would have been 325.00.
Might use these guys in a pinch again, but ill shop around in the future. You should too.

I have a 23-year old furnace and used their service coupon to have my furnace serviced on the recommendation of a friend who used them to replace her hot water heater. The technicians arrived promptly at my scheduled time and even called me thirty minutes beforehand to tell me they were on their way. They were polite and courteous and spent over an hour servicing the furnace. I've had this furnace serviced in the past by other companies and this was one of the most through jobs I've had done. They replaced a part in the furnace and talked to me a bit about my aging water heater and what to look for in signs of deterioration. Overall, a very positive experience and I would recommend them to others.

I have been extremely happy with the plumbing installation and price of their service.

Jason and Mike did a temporary repair to a water leak at my meter during the winter and I hired Day N Nite to replace my water piping from the meter in the spring. When they replaced the main water pipe to my home, they also replaced all the shut off valves at my plumbing fixtures and installed new fixtures at my sinks, water closets, and showers.

Jason and Mike were very professional. They made sure that to clean up after their installation.

I would highly recommend Day & Nite Plumbing and Heating.

My shower had stopped properly diverting the water flow to the shower head when you turned the knob. My landlord had a plumber come out from this company and without even unscrewing the knobs to see what was going on told my landlord the fixtures needed to replaced and quoted her a $1,000 to do so. I urged her to get a second quote and she said he would have her handyman son come out and take a look at it.

Well it took him about an hour and $20 and a valve was replaced and the shower works PERFECTLY.

Shame on Day & Nite Plumbing whose priority is CLEARLY just making money not being honest and fixing SIMPLE problems!

On a positive note they were able to make it out the same day I called... but that was the only positive to my experience. I had a drain clog at my rental thus I called the professionals to come out and take care of the problem. Long story but here are the highlights... 1st recommendation was to install a drain clean out in the front of the house as I didn't have one on the outside of the house (no quote but I imagine costly). 2nd recommendation was to send a camera down the toilet to see where/what the clog was (~$500). So basically we are looking at spending thousands of dollars and not solving the problem. After some discussion I told the technician to leave my house. I stopped on my way home from work and picked up a 100 foot drain snake at Miller's for $80 and went over to check things out. I ended up going under the house checked out the plumbing, figured out that the clog was only in the bathtub which drained into the toilet line (which was not clogged) thus $10 worth of liquid plumber down the bathtub and problem solved. I ended up sending the snake down the main line clean out that was under the house (which they would not go threw) just for preventive maintenance since I rented the thing.

I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me and will not be calling them again.

I would stay away from this operation. In my experience, they practice predatory pricing, doing services while deliberately not telling the customer how much they will cost, until they present the bill. They came in to fix a leaking hot water heater and by the end of the day I had a bill for $3,200. I asked for a written estimate beforehand but never got one. The secretary on the phone said the job would be $1,200. The technician showed up and gave misleading answers about how much the job would cost. After the installation, he gave me a bill and asked me to sign that I had authorized the charges beforehand, which I never did. I asked for a written warranty for the new heater and was told ""maybe they could type something up."" Find a more honest company, not this one.

Next day service. Arrived within our requested timeframe. Very professional, courteous, and clean. Initial quote was pretty expensive to install a new drain line for a bathroom sink. 30 mins of work and $300. Unfortunately we needed the work done that day. Evan, our plumber, was exceptional though and we would recommend him personally. Think the price was too high but service was very good. I'd say they could be 5 stars if they weren't so expensive.

We had a kitchen pipe brake and on the same day my husband broke his foot. Our kitchen, dining room and living room were all flooded along with the garage. My husbands foot was broke so our neighbor ran over to help. He turned off the water to our house, etc. ServPro came out and started the drying process and gave me Day & Nite's # for the plumbing. I knew it would cost extra since he came out at 6:30 pm but was desperate since we have teenage girls and all the water was turned off for hours. The plumber was very nice and did a good job, but they only had one faucet that normally costs $200 and charged us $531 for it!!! It's not even a very nice faucet. My bill was $985 and everyone from the insurance adjuster to other contractors commented that we were taken advantage of. I called Day and Night and very politely told them we were upset and would NOT be recommending them to anyone. The man had me leave the message on the Managers phone which I did. It's now been OVER a week and they haven't even cared to call back. DON'T let this company take advantage of you either

No complaints on them coming right out for a service call. What I feel is a bit of a rip off is that they only carry one model of faucets in their truck...and wouldn't you know it...it's quite expensive! A simple leaky faucet cost almost $900 to fix. REALLY??? I can't help but feel ripped off. I wasn't freekin, but I may have to call Beacon next time.
