Needed a plumber, yes it was Saturday night but I would at least expect them to call me back and say that they couldn't make it out. But I never even received a call back. Done Right Plumbing came out and fixed my issue is 30 minutes

Derek Yates was the technician sent out to perform a repair/replacement of the shower valve in our guest bathroom. After performing the requisite troubleshooting, which required him to knock out two sections of sheetrock in the garage area in order to perform a doublecheck of testing following the repair, he did not charge us for the removal of the second section. I believe that the charge associated with the removal of one section was $130.00.

Derek's assessment also saved us considerably as a replacement of the cartridge with a more up to date valve solution would have been an additional $500.00. Instead, Derek was able to simpy replace the existing cartridge.

I then asked Derek for additional $1,300.00 of work to be performed by replacing our two exterior hose bibs, each of which was 25 years old. I also requested Derek to repair a leaking pipe fitting above our water tank. Derek was in our home from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM performing the scheduled work as well as the add-on items that I requested.

Bottom line, we now have peace of mind. I was able to complete all of my needful and worrisome plumping repairs in one shot today. Derek was able to complete all of the work without having to reschedule and thereby saving me another trip charge.

Bambi (Day & Nite Schedule Coordinator) was able to expedite my request in less than 24 hours from initial contact. I called in stating that I have a ""plumbing emergency"". Even though it was not technically an emergency because I was able to mitigate the leak into the garage from the guest bathroom on my own, it was an emergency for my family. Our profile being that it is our guest bathroom that is also an ADA bath for our adult disabled child. Without this bath/shower available to us we are unable to provide that level of personal care for our child: hence an ""emergency"".

Bambi understood the need and worked to bump our request up in the queue without having to run it through ""emergency"" level rate.

All-in-all, a family with high needs was helped by Day & Nite and their people. I cannot express how needful my family is for wins such as these; they mean everything in our world.

Sooooo we have been doing service with them for about 3 years along with our HOA. We did have one bad tech but the manager took care of it so quickly and professionally. It still wouldn't hinder my reviews hands down a great company.

The plumbers were very nice and fixed the issue, but I'm very upset that they wouldn't break out the parts vs labor so I could get reimbursed from the warranty company. I would have asked for that information up front, but didn't realize this would become an issue. I'm on a fixed income and will *never* use this company or recommend it.

They claim to have no hourly rate and won't do a quote over the phone. 97 dollars to do an estimate, they told me they have a flat rate of $1092.00 to hydro jet a sewer line if it takes 5 minutes or 5 hours. If that's there flat rate why can't they give an estimate over the phone? They first insisted on using a camera for 450 also flat rate. I told them they were too expensive and still had to pay the 97 dollars and find an honest place to do the job. Job done by AA pluming for $675.00 vs $1700.00

We contacted this company to have our garbage disposal replaced. We bought the disposal at Home Depot. The technician came out and did the work in 34 minutes. How much do you think a plumber should charge for 34 minutes of work? Day and Night charged us $633.

$633 consists of a service fee of $99, labor and taxes.

The cost is completely unjustified and out of line with any other plumber in the area.

I've never posted a bad review on Yelp. This experience motivated me to do so. I will never use this company again.

Reached out through Angi's to get out tankless heater maintained (de-scaled). Scheduling was easy and quick and prices were competitive. The technician was done in an hour and took the time to diagnose issues with our vents w/o charging us for it. Additionally, he spent the time to explain how our heater worked plus pros/cons of a radiating heat system vs mini-splits. I will reach out again for future needs.
