I purchased a Yelp coupon to have them service and clean my furnace and water heater. I cannot comment on any of their other services.

When I called they were very friendly and almost excited that we bought the Yelp coupon. We scheduled the service and they were out in a couple of days. When the tech arrived he was very professional and did not rush the service. Afterward he walked us through what he had done and answered all of our questions.

For the service that we had performed we are very happy.

I had day and nite in to move some plumbing fixtures in order to attach new sinks in our house as we were renovating the house prior to sale.

The plumber was friendly enough, but I found them to be very overpriced for the work they did. Rather than have them adjust 2 sinks and a shower in the house - I had them just do the one sink. While the work was ok, the price was not -- and I regretted using them.

I ended up hiring another plumber based on a recommendation from the person doing the tiling in my house -- and I used them for the remaining work and much more.

So in short -- they'll do the work, no issue with the quality but I didn't feel like it was a great deal.

We had a blocked main sewer drain that caused a huge leak in our basement. Day & Nite was extremely prompt and had a plumber sent out within 20 minutes of us calling. Jason, our plumber, was quick, knowledgable and resolved our issues within a couple of hours. Not only that but Day & Nite was very fair with their pricing, and offered us a more competitive rate than others. We will definitely use Day & Nite again and would recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Pros - technician was polite, personable and helpful. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and fix it. I appreciate the $50 voucher for $30 offered here on Yelp. The employee who set the appointment on the phone was helpful and even was able to save us money by scheduling us at a non-peak time.

Cons - Besides the cost of the part, seemed very high priced for the amount of effort and time required to repair our issue. While I appreciate the job being done, I would have hoped that there could have been some better breakdown between cost of labor and parts.

Quick. Simple. Affordable. I used the yelp deal for my furnace cleaning, the very nice gentleman called to let me know he could arrive early, which I was happy to oblige. He did his work, billed me for what was quoted and gave me information that he thought was pertinent for my furnace. Job Well Done.

I believe it's all about follow thru: they gave us great information about our choices, they gave us great information about the problem, they let us make decisions, their prices were more than reasonable, and then they answered our questions afterward. wonderful!

I'm very happy with Day and Nite Plumbing and its employee, Jon Delon. We needed a water heater replaced and he did it with confidence and a good personal attitude - it was a pleasure to work with him. We decided, therefore, because of Jon's knowledge and personable attitude, that we would replace our 2nd water heater proactively (it wasn't failing but was old enough to replace). He did this with my utmost confidence in him.
We will use Nite & Day Plumbing as our plumbing service and more specifically, ask for Jon!

After my review was posted, only hours later, I was contacted by this company. They must read this site daily which explains how such bland reviews are considered ""cool"" or ""funny"". I would take those generic reviews with a grain of salt. Anyways, they contacted me and wanted to ""neutralize"" my experience. Over the next 2 weeks we had several phone calls that I found to be frustrating. In the end, they refunded 479 dollars. They came in and did the work the original plumber lied about doing (free of charge). It was evident to me they were just covering their butts from a legal standpoint. We are such a litigious society, aren't we? Either way, I don't feel neutral. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. Specifically the part where they asked if they could come to my property once while I was at work but then did it several times. Also, I didn't want the asshat from the original transaction to EVER be on my property again but he was (under the premise of training). Then, as an act of goodwill or something, I was given a 2+ year old crumpled starbucks card as a consolation offering from the original lying plumber. Uh.... thanks?

From their perspective, this supposedly never happens and this guy was ""new"" and was practicing techniques from previous employers. Their yelp presence is very concerning. When I called the main office, the receptionist referred to me as ""the girl with that yelp review"". I'm passing this information on because I personally have my doubts as to whether any of these other reviews are accurate. They do have set pricing so get everything in writing beforehand and if you're cool with it, go ahead and use them. I personally will never use them again, nor would I recommend anyone to use them. I keep a list of awesome services and these guys are not on it. As someone who works in research, I go with the probabilities and these guys have the odds stacked against them. I promised I'd edit my review for them and I waited as long as I could in the hopes that I wouldn't feel resentful but apparently that didn't work so well. I still would never want to use them. Maybe all those 5 star generic reviews are right but my experience did not reflect theirs. Good Luck.

Called Day & Nite Plumbing to get a bid for water draining issues in my crawl space. Got a live person on the first call and they were able to work with my schedule for an onsite visit.

Met with David for the estimate who was very knowledgeable and thorough. After giving him the background and walk through, he was able to talk to a few symptoms for the water build up in the crawl space. I liked that he didn't pull any punches and described the best and worse case scenarios. Really appreciate that.

The quote I got was emailed promptly and easy to understand.

While I didn't give them the bid, I would call them out again. They left a good 1st impression that they knowledgeable, professional and had the patience to listen to a DIY amateur, like myself. For this work though, I had time on my side so I was able to gather and compare a couple of bids.

My husband and I have relied on Day & Night Plumbing for several years for routine and emergency plumbing needs. Every plumber dispatched to our calls has been very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Our most recent emergency call was today for upstairs toilets and a bath tube that wouldn't drain. We called D&N Plumbing this morning and the plumbers arrived at the very beginning of their arrival window. Journeyman plumber Jon DeLeon and apprentice plumber Chris McAuliffe immediately set about troubleshooting the problem, laying out our options and clearly stating associated costs. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. Jon and Chris successfully cleared the drain on our 50 year old house. And, this was definitely not a drain clearing call for beginners! After the job was completed, they answered all our questions, left the bathroom very clean, performed a water pressure test and left a complementary supply of drain clearing enzymes. Day & Night Plumbing well definitely continue to get our business!
