I agree with the other review, they do not know a thing about plumbing. I paid $170 for a diagnosis that was completely wrong. The owner was the one who came out. My master bathroom had a leak somewhere. He said my tub was leaking and separate shower stall was not leaking. I had 2 other estimates from other companies and they said he was 100% wrong. I literally use the tub every day and it's not leaking. Also, he turned my shower on full blast and the water was leaking in the pipes above my living room. The water had nowhere to go so it soaked my drywall and created more damage (because he didn't open up ceiling).
Secretary who answers phone is super nice until you say something she doesn't agree with. When I told her their diagnosis is wrong i was yelled at and laughed at.
Also, he was commenting on pictures I have in my bedroom of myself - I find super creepy he was looking at my bedroom that closely. He noticed my pictures, but didn't notice the 2nd bathroom that he had to walk by a bunch of times.
I would steer clear of this company, they are not nice people to deal with and their knowledge of plumbing is poor. Plus, they created more damage to my drywall by turning water on full blast without opening ceiling. The other companies needed to see into the ceiling to properly diagnose. That's too bad because I need a plumber quite often with my rental properties. I feel I got ripped off!!! My $170 idown the drain (no pun intended).

Had another company out 3 years in a row and just snaked a hole through a root blockage about 3-4 feet long.
John came out with estimate and stuck to it and cleared the whole root plug for said price. Office staff also extremely helpful when I called and explained my issue. No need to go elsewhere.

While doing wash Saturday, my sewer water was backing up into laundry tub in basement and onto the floor! Had a mess! Called another plumbing company and the earliest they could come is Tuesday!! Called another one that advertises 24/7 and left message to which I have to still receive a call back! It is Monday afternoon now! After being so frustrated, I decided to look in the yellow pages! After I found Day and Night Plumbing and then read their outstanding reviews on line, I called Day and Night on Sunday and left a message! Received a call back within a half hour and owner said that he could come down right away but with it being Sunday it would be a $100 more so he suggested and said he would have the office call me on Monday morning and schedule time to come out Monday! Received call as promised from office and scheduled John to come out about 2 pm! Received another call saying John was on his way! As soon as John arrived, he was very friendly and courteous getting all set up outside snaking my sewer drain as we discussed my problem on initial phone call! John asked me to run by bathtub cold water etc. After he was done, he said my sewer is all clear!
The sewer drain pipe outside was cracked on top and was about 5 inches above ground! He said he wou!d cut the excess pipe and did going above and beyond! Been wanting to have this done but no one ever had the plumbing power saw when I asked the company putting on my siding and I other ones!
John brought it up and did it for me without me asking! John wore a mask and came only in my hallway sitting on the inside step when doing the invoice! Didn't know about this company! Will definitely call them again when needed and recommend them to family and friends and am recommending them to you!!

This is the second time I've used Day & Night Plumbing and the second time I've been impressed. Needed a new hot water tank installed. Called when they said they would, arrived when they said they would. Barron was the service man and was very polite, very efficient and left the work area very clean. He was a good representative for the company. The price was what John told me over the phone. I didn't bother calling any others as I knew the service I was getting would be better than most and though the jobs are not inexpensive, I think the price was fair and let's face it- if you want cheap, buy cheap. This company is worth a call for your plumbing needs.

I got that call every landlord dreads from a tenant on Saturday morning - ""there's a sewer smell coming up from the basement"". Sure enough there was a blockage somewhere and some sewer water in the basement.

Long story short, Day and Night was there within two hours and solved the problem quickly, then snaked the whole drain to clean out roots that were slowing the flow. Totally professional and hardworking. I would never call any other firm.

I had to have an outside line cleaned out. I called and Tracy was so nice, sent guys in a few days and they were great. Will and his partner were so nice, Will was great, friendly and did a great job. I'd have a beer with him anytime!

We needed some serious help with the plumbing as neither of us are adept in this department. Micheal, the gentleman who arrived on time was very pleasant from the inception of his visit to the very end. His work ethics were above par and he was very accommodating with answering our inquiries as well as explaining what he was doing. Prior to his visit we also had a wonderful time setting up the appointment with Tracy. My friend talked her ear off with so many stories of how the old days used to be. However, she genuinely became involved with the conversation. It was so pleasant to talk to someone who is not trained to be robotic and more human than ever. You did a splendid job of hiring both Michael and Tracy. Well, he spent most of the afternoon into the evening focusing on resolving our issues with the sinks, a new toilet to be installed, a leaky tub, a dripping kitchen faucet, and two bathroom sinks which were not draining properly. The price was right and very reasonable. We even recommended Day and Night Plumbing to our next door neighbors. They already have an appointment for next week. This company is true to its description on its website. We look forward to having usage of their services again possibly in the very near future. To all company representatives, an A+++++++++++ goes out to everyone involved in what makes your company one such tremendous ratings. You do us extremely well.

Can't say enough about this company. Came out for a sewer back up. Same day, very quick service. Mike was great, and explained everything he was doing. Bill was $100 less than they quoted me over the phone. They were fast, courteous and reasonable, resolving my problem in no time. Do not hesitate to call them!
