I am very impressed with this company. We are relatively new to the Buffalo area and we found ourselves in a situation that needed a plumber. The first place I called couldn't get anyone out to us for an estimate until 4 days after the initial call. I called Day & Night and spoke with Tracy, who was professional, knowledgeable and on top of her game. She told me she would have someone there that day, called (as promised) right at 3 PM to let me know the status and told me John, the owner was on his way. John assessed and fixed the problem. I felt the pricing was fair, he was very kind and knew what he was talking about. I highly recommend Day & Night and I will not go anywhere else.

This is a top flight, professional company with superb service, knowledgeable, honest workers and great prices. I have used them twice now and each time I've had terrific guys doing efficient work. Everything is explained, effort is made to save the customer money (not like some places that just want to keep jacking up the prices) and arrivals/work are on time as promised. I can't say enough good things about John and Mike and the whole team. It's the way all plumbing companies used to be. Recommend to anyone.

Top notch company!!! Hot water tank died on Thursday night,called a handful of companies who couldn't get to me until Monday. All of a sudden,Tracy calls and said she could fit me in that day,and worked around my schedule!! Great job,just called them again for another job. Throw another 5 on there for customer service. Wow! I called them today, and was excited to get an appointment same day. John arrived within the hour. He was awesome. Work completed quickly and efficiently. The plumber showed up quickly for the blockage problem with my main sewer line. Also, were able to stay with the price they quoted over the phone. He was courteous and explained what he was doing during his time working on the drains.

Although I have done business in the past with this company, this last transaction has left me totally outraged. I called for a person to clear out a bathtub drain. The person came on time at 4PM on a weekday. ( I know this is considered evening hours. ) He was there one-half hour. THE TOTAL BILL CAME TO $277.31 SNAKE OUT A TUB AND BATHROOM SINK.
I certainly will not be using this company again.
